[Resolved] Tata Photon Plus — Not issuing no due certificate and disconnection notice in spite of several request | |||
I have requested on 23.11.2011 at tata indicom office, Kolkata for permanent disconnection of service for Tata photon plus no [protected]. I also requested them to issue me no due certificate and disconnection notice in my favour but inspite of several request they have not complying the same. There is no option to take acknowledgement from them as they have refused to received any letter accross the counter/Table. However they have noted the complain in their computer and verwally assured me that they will take action to disconnect the above said service. I am fearing and unable to understand their motive Requested to look into the matter so that my connection may be disconnected permanently w,e,f 23.11.2011 Was this information helpful? | |||
