[Resolved]  Tata Sky — No signal

I have been using Tatasky since more than 1 year now... My ID No. [protected]

Since the month of November 08, I am getting "No Signal" daily from 0500 to 0900 hours.
I have complained several times ( nearly 20 times on phone and through mail) but the problem
is the same. Every time they say your complaint will be attended to but in vain.

Kindly do the needful.

Hey Munirathinam, we've refreshed the signal. Please turn off the set top box for few minutes. Turn it on and check if the problem persists.

Since the month of Jan-2015, I am getting "No Signal" problem.
I have complained several times ( nearly 20 times on phone) but the problem
is the same. Every time they say your complaint will be attended to but in vain and several time not lifting the phone.

Kindly do the needful.
I am facing Tata sky set-top box signal issue from April 2nd 2015 onwards, MANY of my regular viewing channels are dead and complaints are just closed without any action. Call center team is just fooling ... not sure what upgrade TATA has done with out proper planning, I could see that dozens o[censored]sers are disturbed.

I too was facing similar issue. I wasn’t sure of the sms solution given by tata sky so I also tried the missed call approach – you have to give a missed call to [protected] and the complaint gets registered.
I am using TATA sky connection since 2 years my Subscriber ID : [protected].
I have register my complaint to TATA sky many times but they are giving me proper response.
My complaint no is NS[protected]. I have register my complaint 5 days back and still i am waiting for reply.

Worst service and customer service. I am getting No Signal error most of the day and they don't even have timeline when this will be fixed.
Sir My tata sky ID NO is [protected]. It is charged very recently and it's validity is availiable but only few channels are working. music, movie and news channels are not working, i have registered complained but no body to came. please kindly note my complaint and plz send anybody to check prblm
I am really annoyed with tata sky. For the past one month There is no signal and none of my complaints logged online and through SMS is answered. So irresponsible. My family is unable to watch tv for past one month!!! Imaging my situation..

Still un-answered calls. Could not contact anyone calling to Customer service center also.. My complaints on the web page are closed without being attended to.

I think Ratan tata should recruit fund more for tatasky in case of this emergency. Or else he should come down to field and fix issue in every customer house.
Past 15 days no signal inspite of several calls to customer care...

difficult to recharging. even after recharging no activation was done. But debited to my bank account. No refund also afforded. it is very fraudulent. how it was debited to my account without recharge to my tatasky account. your software is fraudulently programmed. you are cheating the public. please refund my money immediately. thankyou my atasky id is [protected]

I recharged my tatasky account after three months, even after 1 day after recharge my service did not resume. my RMN is [protected] and tatasky ID no. [protected]

Tata Sky — completely not working

we are not receiving the channels for past two months. we have made several complaints against the problem we are facing. take this as your deadline.

Tata sky has looted crores of rupees and not providing services, its clear case of cheating. Modi govt, broadcasting minister must act and order to arrest tata sky officials for forgery.
