[Resolved]  Tata Tele Services — a complaint against TATA Teleservices

This is a complaint against TATA Tele Services. I was a customer of Tata Indicom and was not getting proper network at my home so I decided to quite from TATA. I informed more than 10 times to the customer executive that I want to discontinue this service. Once a representative came and collected last amount due for the number [protected] and said that this service will be discontinued now. After that they have not disconnected this number I do not know why??? After two months they are making phone calls balefully and threaten me that they have made a complaint against me and I have to go to Court.
This is now height of the threat. They are abusing me every day.

I have all the receipt with me to show you.

Please help me to overcome from this problem as soon as possible.

Tata Tele Services — UNJUSTIFIED DEDUCTION OF RS.52,875/-.

A deduction under the head of Account Clawback - Commission charges of Rs.52, 875/- (Rupees Fifty Two Thousand Eight Hundred and Seventy Five Only) has been made from my Security Deposit of Rs.1, 00, 000/- by Tata Tele Services Ltd.,

What is the Claback means? Why such a huge amount is deducted is not explained. I don't think that this is fair on the part of Organisatons of Tata Group.

I request the concerned Tata Group to kindly look into the same and refund the deducted amount of Rs.52, 875/- at the earliest.

Tata Tele Services — non refund of my balance money

i was user of tata indicom no [protected], and was disconected in the month of sept-08 i diposited a sum of rs 10000/- as advance money, after disconnection of 4 months i did not get my money back.

TATA Indicom — Non Refund of my balance money of 9212696523

I was a regular customer of TATA indicom [protected], and was diactivated in the month of sept-08 and on which no i diposited a security money of Rs 10000/- and after adjusting all my oustanding TATA indicom has to pay back my balance money aprox Rs 7000/- it is now 6 months over and company has not paid back my money back.
so sir this is my request to you kindly look into this matter so that i can get my balance money back.

TATA TELE SERVICES — Disconnecting Lines without delivering bills

We have been using Tata Telephone Land Line with our office in Fort for last more then 10 years, In Oct 09 we shifted our office from Fort to Andheri East, Tata could not provide service here due to non feasibility, at same time we had requested them to change the billing address in mean time, Billing address was not changed by Tata for about last four months, hence the bills were not delivered to us, hence we could not make the payment of the bills, but in mean time Tata has disconnected our telephone lines, due to this we could not receive any call (as the calls from the Tata numbers were transfered/forwarded to our new MTNL Land Line connections)

We are now insisting that Tata must reconnect our tel service and give credit for the rentals charged for disconnected service period, only after which we shall make the payment to them for the pending amount if any.

tata docomo prepaid and tata indicom postpaid is providing worst service in the sector, compared to any other service provider in panjagutta. calls are getting dropped in between, gprs is unable in speed

Tata Tele Services — corrupt organisation

Phone no.[protected] surrender 4 years back. As per rules refund of security should be withen 3 months . there official was asking for bribe. as i decided not to pay bribe in lieu of refund my security amount they refund my security after four years.

Mobile Service Provider - Tata Tele — Tata Tele

On 11th March 2012, My Cell # [protected] was having a plenty of balance in my a/c, whereas the service provider has deducted around INR 175/- from main balance & also other balance which I has having ( free calls for Tatat to Tata) , this debit was made without my notice & any subscriptions applied by me.

When I contacted them for refund for this amount, the officer incharges refused to give credit to my a/c.

I request your goodselves to kindly inform the service provider to refund it asap & just stop those types o[censored]nnecessary debits from customers a/c.
