IRCTC — TDR filed but no refund yet

Hi,

I had filed a TDR on 2nd March 2009, but till now the amount has not been credited to me. As per the norms mentioned in the IRCTC site, the amount should get credited within 2 months, but as of 15th June 2009, it has not been credited. I've called their customer care many times but couldn't get any response from them as well. Below are the details of my TDR.

I have filed tdr of PNR-[protected]/From ald to ndls on 19/05/2009 & Date of jouney is 15/05/2009.But still i did not get any refund in my account.Pls look my matter as soon as possible.Tdr time has been over 150 Days.

I had booked a ticket with Irctc. But I was not able to make travel. So, I had filed a TDR as per IRCTC procedures to get the due refund (some 50%). But It has been nearly 16 months and no action whatsoever has been taken. The date of journey was 27/09/2008. The PNR no is [protected]. The Transaction no is [protected] and TDR filed on 29/09/2008. I have made acomplaint regarding this to IRCTC, but they have not taken any action yet. Please help me for refund.

I`ve filed TDR in IRCTC website on[protected] but I haven`t received any repsonse from IRCTC team so far. The response is diplayed as (Refund date - Not available) in the website.
As of now 4 months are passed but no repsonse from Indian Railway and its vendor IRCTC.

I have booked tickets on 3/07/10 from GHY to TSK.Details given below.

RBR NO. 12349201, PNR NO. [protected], DATE OF JOURNEY 05/07/10, TICKETS VALUE RS.1680, CLASS 3AC, TWO PASSENGERS, NAME M KESHAN & K KESHAN. Due to bharat bandh train was running late of 8 hrs I have filed TDR for cancellation and I have recieved half refund of the actual tickets value of RS 824, So, here I request you to please refund rest of the amounts as soon as possible.
