[Resolved]  Tds Refund Not Received — Request for TDS refund.

Dear Sir,

I, Bidyut Pal, writing this letter to intimate you that I am regularly filing ITR since financial year 2005 – 2006 after making my PAN card in the year 2005. My first ITR was filed in financial year 2005 – 2006, nil since during that financial year I was student. On next financial year i.e. 2006 – 2007, I got job in Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Limited dated November 01, 2006 as a Management Trainee and filed ITR form ITR-1 with TDS certificate of five months income in I. T. office of Ward 7 (1) Pune on dated July 31, 2007. During that period of first six months I used to get stiffen of Rs. 6000/- and from which Rs. 306/- per month used to get deducted as a TDS. So, net amount of Rs. 5694/- used to get directly credited to my UTI account which was opened by my employer.

Sir, in my ITR I had mentioned TDS of Rs. 1530/- ( Rs. 306/- x 5 month) in Taxes Paid & Refund column with my bank account number and made a tick mark in deposite directly into my bank account box option. But till date I have not received any refund. Now I have posted to Jaipur branch. For your kind persual the detail informations are as follows.

a) Receipt no. [protected] on Acknowledgement copy.
b) I am sending ITR copy of financial year 2006 – 2007 with Form No. 16A.
c) PAN card no. ANSPP4932F

Sir, I have already sent a reminder letter to income Tax Office of Pune dated March 14, 2008, but no reply has come. Sir, I have a kind request to you please do see on this matter from your side and do reply me as early as possible if any more information needed by you.

I, Jitendera Singh, my Pan card no is BBCPS9763A i have not recieved my tds year[protected],[protected] and[protected]. Sir my address is Pocket B-4 25 A mayur vihar phase iii delhi 110096 but you are marked my address in speed post pocket B 25 A mayur vihar phase iii so tds is always refund from post office so plz send me the tds in right address


Sir, in my TDS I have already submitted all the TDS copies through my C.A & also mentioned Refund column with my bank account numberis is [protected] axis bank saving a/c statesman house connaught place new delhi 110001 and made a tick mark in deposite directly into my bank account box option. But till date I have not received any refund.

I HAVE RECEIVED THE SPEED POST DETAILS OF MY REFUND CHEQUE FROM INCOME TAX REFUND STAUS SITES. THE SPEED WAS SENT TO ME ON DTD 08.12.12. CN NO EW[protected]IN. BUT TILL TODAY DTD 18.12.12 I WAS NOT RECEIVED MY CHEQUE.WHEN I CHEQUED IN SPEEDPOST DEPT THERE IS NO WHEREABOUTS OF ABOVE MENTIONED CN NUMBER. Sir, i recvd my TDS returns cheque in the month of March in which my old Account no was mentioned which I closed last Sept, hence I couldn't claim the amount.The cheque was sent back through my auditor the next day requesting to send the same to my new account i.e[protected] ING Vysya Bank. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any information or the cheque till date. I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful to enable me to get my cheque as early as possible. The cheque no was 051283 dated[protected].

I bhogendra jha PAN NO IS AFDPJ7446M file the income tax return[protected] on 31/03/2008 with acknowledgement no [protected], I received the income tax refund by cheque, but unfortunately misplace this instrument. i found the cheque but 90 day's validity is expire. after that several time approach to the delhi income tax department 27 (3) but till date no response ans pending the refund till date .


Please do suggest me what i need to do to get the refund as early as possible.
