[Resolved] Tikona Broadband Service — Incorrect billing & cheating | |||
The biggest mistake i have done in my life was to take this connection by disconnectiong an Airtel connection. The service & the attitude of the staff is apooling and pathetic. Let me tell you,where i coming from i was promised a WIFI Connection with a monthly rentalof rs 75/ by one of your sales rep named Om Prakash @ ([protected]) & also promised that that first bill will be adjusted and i dont have to pay for the first month. After a week i was send a bill of 3000/ including the WIFI deposit for 1500/ and i disputed with one of your supervisors named Rahul who agreed to give me monthly rental for rs 75/ asi wanted to disconnect the connection on the same day. Since then the actual struggle started with numerous escalations & numerous calls,its been 4 months and nothing been sorted out yet and i was never send a correct the bill as a result of that i have never paid the bill. on 22.03.12 i have paid 2100/ to one of your collections exec named nagraj,who promised to activate the connection and which is not done yet Regards Rajnikant verma mob - [protected] user name - [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

Our team has gone through the details, and as per there update plan is ADCB499 in which speed is 2 Mbps till 8 GB and after that Rs 0.1 per MB charge is applicable. Hence for first bill i.e 12 Nov 2011 to 25 Nov 2011 the usage is 3.5 GB hence usage charge is not applicable for this bill. For second bill i.e. 26 Nov 2011 to 25 Dec 2011 usage is 7.1 GB hence usage charge is not applicable for this bill. For Third bill i.e. 26 Dec 2011 to 25 Jan 2012 usage is 6 GB hence usage charge is not applicable for this bill. For fourth bill i.e. 26 Jan 2012 to 25 Feb 2012 usage is 11.2 GB hence usage charge is applicable for this bill. And for Last bill usage 5.9 GB so no usage charge is applicable. We regret the inconvenience caused to you. Please provide your User ID/Service ID and modem MAC ID. We also request you to keep your modem ON for us to monitor your connection status from the back end.
We would also like to inform that our contention ratio for fixed monthly charge plans is 1:10 and unlimited plans is 1:20. Slow speed is often attributable to several factors such as customer’s PC health, whether AV is installed or not, whether auto-updates are ON while using internet, etc.

Tikona Broadband Company — Cheating the Customers
I disconnected Tikona Broadband in Dec 27,2010. I need to get Waiver amount of Rs 179.70 that amount has been approved long back. I got a message from Tikona and Customer Care People told "You Waiver amount has been Approved you will get cheque with in 15 days. I gave Complaint so many times but no use. Now they are telling your Waiver Amout is not approved. They are charging Money for 512 kbps but I didn't get more than 128 kbps.Tikona Broadband — Incorrect billing
I have a Tikona Broadband connection for the past 6 months. My user id is [protected]. All the six months, the company has levied a charge of Rs. 75/- + service tax to me for providing me a WI FI router, when I have never been given the router. I have lodged close to 100 complaints, written to the Nodaldesk, and the Appellate Authority, but nobody has taken any action. When I refused to pay the same, the company kept making calls from collection agents. Why should I pay for a service which had NEVER been given to me. In addition, I have suffered mental agony. I demand refund of the payments made to the company, My internet service was stopped by you in the month of February 14/2011 to 14/3/2011 due to non payment. Although i had submitted payments by cheques through your prescribed bank ICICI drop box, but cheques has not been presented in my account. In march i paid complete bill to your collection person and he committed, I will get bill corrected in next month for month of February, which was not payable. The pending amount for that month is continuously showing in my account. I have many time asked to your call center and collection person also but any action has not been yet taken . You are requested adjust my bill for the same month.

you are raising wrong bill for the month off February 2011 due to non payment . Allthow i had dropped checks in drop box of ICICI BANK as par your recommendation but you did not submit the checks in my account show that you had stopped net service dated 14/2/2011 to 14/3/2011 for this month I had made payment by a fresh check which amount was deducted from my account in month of march 2011 at the payment time I had spoken to your collection staff Mrs. sunita., she had promised to get amount adjusted in next bill but any action has not been taken by them and your call center
you are requested, adjust the amount and get bill corrected

Very poor speed
Very poor Internet connectivity. I'm a 749 plan user with 35gb @ 4Mbps, and by 5th of every month, my speed is automatically getting reduced to 512kbps. I have made complaints regarding this issue earlier too but there is no response still. Worst ever service I have ever experienced. Get my issue solved as earlier as possible.68%

Tikona Broadband Service — Cheating held by the company's sales executive
I feel very ashamed to make a complaint against the following company. it was been useless for me to talk with the company operators. because no respond was given from them. I was told that I will be given 300kbps speed for Rs. 499/- at the time of installation, but after the broadband installed the speed was only 150 kbps. It makes me feel that the company is a cheat. i have been cheated by them. It will be pleasure for me if I get a chance to go against them at any cost. I want to make them cry.Please help me.
