[Resolved]  Tikona — Not Getting refund

I am staying in Pune & taken tikona internet connection in Sep 2012 by paying 6 months advance rental. But since October there was technical problem & they were not able to fix online as well as not able to send technical person. My User id: [protected]

They told me that they have the problem with local cable operator so current issue can not be resolved therefor better you disconnect your connection.

I gave the request for disconnection & they terminated in Nov but since then i have not refunded the amount because i have hardly use internet for a month so they should refund the amount for remaining 5 months.

When ever i call to customer care they do not give proper response as well as no impact on writing mail to customer care. Nor they transfer or escalate the call to seniors.

Tikona is the cheat company & they do not have the anything in customer support. I have written the mail to Prakash Bajpai but no response.I am still waiting for the refund & hoping that i will get soon.

Please suggest what to do.

As per your request for Refund we have gone through the details, there is Rs 1047 payment done from your side n 11/15/2011.
And according to bills,
1) 14 Nov 2011 to 25 Nov 2011 --- there is usage of 417 MB and bill amount is Rs 1110.65
2) 26 Nov 2011 to 25 Nov 2011 - there is usage of 557MB.
Hence refund is not applicable to your account

wll — WLL DEAD SINCE DEC 1ST WEEK

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Pl. note that I am having the above mentioned telephone landline phone & which is not working properly since 05.12.2008 & I had made online complain having compain no G0235 & the officer also visited our place to repair the dispute.They then asked us to purchase the telephone coil, whis was always supplied by the BSNL.We enquired that the same should be supplied by BSNL.They denied.

I again made the complain on 22.12.2008 bearing no. G9483 & also talked with Mr.Bakshi (HOD of Telephone, Kaikhali, Kolkata) bearing telephone no. 21066180, since 16.12.2008 every day.

But all the efforts are in vain & now the phone is tollay dead since 16.12.2008.

If the department is not in a postion to serve the consumer properly, they should stop the business.
We are paying for the services which we are not getting .

I want your interverence to solve the issue at the earliest.

With due respect inform you that I have BSNL WLL Telophone connection[protected]. But last 8 months I did not get any telephone bill. Therefore I could not pay for those months. In this context it is imposible to pay for me the total payment together.

I m ankit jain one of tikona customer. i taken my connection on 12.08.2010 and i paid the payment through cheque then after the engineers of tikona was came at ma place for connection but there so no range of network at my place. that time i called at tikona care and said for disconnect it and give me my money back.them said you will be get back refund in 45 days of disconnect the connection . but now more then 2months is gone but still i didnt got my money back. i called at customer care a lots of time but them are telling you will be get in 10days and all but still 15days is went . i called again then said ur cheque have been sent from here so you will get in 4-5 days but still 10days more is went.i think so them are making fool to people only. them service are totally bad. so please help me .

Applied for connection on 04/08/2010. (application no. [protected])
Paid Rs. 550 in cash. (Rs. 500 for connection fees and Rs. 50 for Demand Draft)
Could not get the connection due to lack of signal for wireless broadband.
Applied for a cancellation and requested a refund. The executive at customer care support ensured the refund in cheque within 45 days. It has been almost 4 months and could not get the refund. Despite of the 3 calls I made, there has been no action taken.

Tikona Digital Networks — Refund Issue

I have apply for Tikona Wireless Broadband, For that i Had Paid 1102/- for Connection and Installation. But due to some technical Issue, Installation was pending. I have already stated for Cancellation of this Services. Still no one had came to remove the Router and Cable from my residence Primises. Nor i had recieved any refund of amount 1102/-

Please Help me.

Tikona — refund issue

Tikona broadband service in delhi worst, I never recommended tikona.
22nd November Tikona broadband installed in my home at first day internet working after that day there is no network. tikona engineer never resolve this problems. After 2 week I request to disconnect my connection and refund my money I called[protected] multiple times but no one responded their customer care never received the disconnection call and keep customer on hold forever or drop the call instead

15th December I wrote to [protected]@tikona.in regarding disconnect my connection and refund my money. But till date there is not proper response regarding my refund but their billing department generating monthly bill and no reply on mails

wll — 45 days not get connection

i have not get new wll connection from bsnl after 45 days of ragistretion date i done my payment on ragistretion date Rs:500/- and they will tell me that after one week you will get a wll connection but till now i will not get my connection so tell me that what should i do for this miss behaviyer or ignorance with me .

poor network connection

My user id is[protected] .i live in dhayri, sinhgad road, pune-411041.My net connection is very very poor, if it is not corrected i will not continue with tikona any longer. My mobile no. is [protected].
