PAN CARD NOT RECEIVED
Respected Madam/Sir,
This is to inform you that we have applied for the three PAN cards 2 months before, out of which we have received only 1 pan card the details of which are as under -
ack. no. 071880500700455
PAN NO. :ATYPR1358R -
which has been received on 11th Feb.
But out of three PAN cards applied, till today we have not received 2 PAN CARDS the details of which are as under :
Ack. No. 071880500700444 AND
Ack. No. 071880500700466.
Please do the needful, for which we will be highly thankful.

I Pramod Kumar Sahu, applied for PAN card but i did not get my PAN card still. Though it was returned by courier agency from BALANGIR FIRST FLIGHT COURIER to NSDL department. My PAN number is DQNPS8634A and my acknowledgment number is 071590101024864. Kindly send my PAN card on my address that i have given in PAN card form.

As per PAN application status pan card has been delivered on 20-jul-2012 by first flight courier service but due to some reasons they could not find right address of mine so they sent back pan card to main office Mumbai, but still i haven’t received my pan card back, so please do needful in this matter.
