[Resolved]  Trackon Courier — Courier not delivered

i m sorry but the fact is the staff people in ur ahmedabad branch are fully pathetic. they doesnt respond properly.
i vl never use track on courier for post.

I think this is the worst possible courier company that I have dealt with.
I had sent a courier on the 5th of Dec (Sat) from Hyderabad and was told that it would reach Mumbai on Monday morning. Agreed there was a bandh called in Hyderabad but I am sure the courier services were not affected.
And when I had called to inquire the lady happily hung up the phone when I demanded an explanation as to why it hadn't reached. Their email responses have to be read to know that this can't be a professional company.
It finally reached Mumbai Thursday (10th Dec) evening after 20-30 phone calls and email follow-ups. The worst is they had given the courier to someone else and it got here in a train rather than on a flight in Rs.10 whereas I was charged Rs.90 for the same.
This amounts to fraud according to me.
But looking at the other complaints I think I should be thankful it even reached.
I intend to go to their office and ask for a refund and I am hoping they would have the decency to give me back the amount.

My dad was hopsitalised and my mother had sent me medical bills to be submitted for mediclaim through TRACKON from Mumbai to Bangalore. IT reached Bangalore but it never reached me . The delivery boy who had come to give the courier he had gone to another apartment and delivered to watch man . when inquired it was informed that the watchman of the other building has thrown the courier in dustbin as the member does not stay there. But i would held the deloivery boy responsible as without seeing the apartment name how could he deliver the courier to some other buildinmg. This is total irresponsible from the courier who does not have the decency to call up also when the courier is delivered.

How will i claim mediclaim .Because of fault of courier i am losing 40, 000 Rupees. Will the courier company pay me for the same.

This parcel is very impartment, my customer is very hungry, 65, 000.00 thousand order will be missing, so correct reason to send it,

two days will be time only, this is a final complaint, i am going to consumer court, this is a third complaint .

Hosur side your courier office name is very bad opinion, timely not help the your courier .

I have couried one parcel previous month 27, to Tamil Nadu, which has not reached to the concern person yet. In Trackon Track, its showing that the parcel is reached till SALEM. I dont know what they are doing? Very Bad, Bad, Bad service. I have courierd the parcel of my frnd, and now i am responsible for this. So please do the urgent..

This is to launch a complaint against all the people of TRACKON responsible for losing track of my courier. I had sent a courier on the 24th December, 2009 and the your website showed 25th December, 2009 as the delivery status date. The courier contained a Demand Draft which I was supposed to submit by the 28th December, 2009, or else I would be penalized Rs.500/- as the late fee. The demand draft hasn't reached the required destination till now, which is 30th December, 2009. I have just been talking to you people on phone who are helping me by giving phone numbers of some other place, thereby increasing the chain. Perhaps this issue has become the most important part of my life right now. Your delivery man of Sahibabad, Mr. Mahinder says he's got it signed from the destination. If you people think that I made a mistake by contacting you people, forgive me for that, I would never ever contact you people again. For now, just me know, that will my courier reach my place. If not, I should work accordingly.

Pls do not book any of your consignment through this Trackon Couriers.This is one of the most worst service providing courier company.We have booked an consignment from Dehli to Mumbai vide their Track Shipment no:[protected] and still we have not received the parcel from them.
When I inquired here at Lower Parel office Ph no:[protected] / 24362269 on 30th December 2009 for the delivery there is no proper response from the staff How received the call and spoke in hindi he use to bad word after so much arguments and tell me jo okharne ka hai ukhar lo jis ko compliant karna hai kar do seating at Lower Parel Branch office. After that I called on mention mobile No [protected] / [protected] one of the no not reachable and second one the person how received call without listen my query he say that I am Manager I am not concerned about delivery call office no and cut the phone line.
Now I feel help less. This is my first experience in worst and worst courier company

Worst service by trackon, My token no.[protected], delivery
from Jullandhar to Ludhiana ( Punjab ), (how much time it takes) 5 days has been passed yet i have not received the courier which was send by my brother. The Courier was sent on 30 Dec. 2009, today is 4 Jan. 2010. My Cell no. is [protected]
