[Resolved]  Trackon Courier — Courier not delivered

dear sir/madam non delivery of docket no.[protected] please reply immegetaly

TRACKON COURIER — Important consignment not reached in 8 days

Consignment No.[protected] shipment date 4th November 2009.


One consignment from ludhiana to lucknow has not reached in eight days. After calling many times they are not bother for the consignment.

Consignment[protected] dated 5-1-09 Jodhpur to Visakhjapatnam not deliverd even by 13-11-09

Our asociate, M/s PCB trust Jodhpur sent a small consignment comprising urgently required apparatus on 5th November 2009.Consignee address and phone details are shown of on the booking note and parcel itself It has not been delivered so far as on 13th November 2009

Your website is most unhelpful. It shows matertial reached Visakhapatnam on 9th November 2009
If so why is it not deivered? There is no way of finding your Visakhapatnam phone number and hence this emaoil complaint

We have sent the parcel of one box Electronic Watch to our office in Thane Mumbai through the Nalagarh {H.P} trackon courier on[protected] docket no[protected], but it was not delivered to the clients till now [17.11.09]. When our Delhi office person contact to your office person there in Delhi ...Mr.Suraj he is refuse to deliver the parcel and were behaving very rudely .
My kind request to you to help us to above mensioned this parcel deliver to the client urgently.
Please take neccessory action against that company.

Our supplier had sent some material on 13th november 09 to pune vide docket number[protected] dtd.13.11.2009. This material was suppose to reach on 16th Morning to pune but till date this is not reached to pune at required address. your staff from pune office and mumbai office are not responding properly. this material is very very urgent. and one day delay means rs.20000/- loss to my company.
i am in touch with Rupali madum in your pune office and Mr. mangesh in mumbai office.
Can anybody help me in this matter.

I also delivered the packet from Pune to Chennai, (Track Id:[protected]. When I called several times to findout the status of delivery, the person who picks up the is very rude, and they keep phone on hold, and also ask us to call different number. I am fed up of this service. And also I requested to send POD to the origin destination. They never did. I think I will go to consumer court to settle the issue with these guys...

Track on Courier is the worst courier ever been. The Track on courier has actually no track.
Basically the person handling the Amritsar office is not elligible for this Job Mr.Bajwa who has many complaints earlier when was handling On Dot which chucked him out because of his services.
Now If trackon courier really wants to put everything on track in Amritsar they must find some other person.
Our courier which was booked from Delhi[protected] on 04-12-09 has not been delivered till this is being written 09-12-09.
Do something or doors of consumer forum are open.
