[Resolved]  Videocon Mobile Phones — Handset LCD Problem

my videocon mobile v1306 when i purchase the mobiles in the retailers of my city(trichy-tamil nadu)

but the mobiles has automatically switch off with in 5mininutes and in any software the mobile software is not support so please send the software for videocon mobiles (v1306)

I had bought videocon V1425 and the mobile got hangon ... after a week and that to so many times in a day... so I had raised a complaint and came to know that there is a problem in board and I had submitted my mobile at service centre and i had walked for more than 8 times but in vain and even it takes nearly half an hour to connect to the customer care no and after connecting also there was no guarantee that the call will remain connected till we raise a request, then again another half an hour we need to wait... the most funniest customer care, i had seen in my life - they will say only one thing @ "we will sort out the problem as early as possible" but there won't be any thing from their end and even they will ask you to call back after 72hrs but surprisingly the call remains in open and you need to follow up the same for every 72 hrs...

They are simply making customer fools by selling low quality mobiles...

Videocon v1306 — problem of phone

Hi i had purchased videocone model v 1306 and it has a problem when i continously talking on phone more than 20 min it gits hot and when i contacted service center they said it has manufacturing falt.

Iam prasad kadapa, Andhra Pradesh INDIA, VIDEOCON MOBILE V 1306 mobile is very nice and lowest cast mobile, this operate is very simple&easyly, iam used this mobile (2 yrs ) till to date, MY MOBILE IMEI is -[protected]/ [protected], Iam using VODAFONE NET WORK NO : [protected]
