[Resolved]  Vodafone — improper deduction of balance

I,prakhar gupta is a prepaid customer of vodafone([protected]).They deducted rs 200 from my account on basis of activation of any service which i never opted for..
inspite of repeated calls to there customer care i dint get good response.wen i wantd to talk to superviser no one attended my call n my call was put on hold n finally disconnected. its very harrassing bein customer of such a big telecom company.

m roopali gupta having vodafone no [protected]. i am having one problem with vodafone that when i was trying to call on international call, its saying " U R NOT ALLOWED TO CALL ON THIS NUMBER " i checked out with other international no also, but error was same. i tried to find out with customer care, so i called dem 2-3 times. in d response of this they've deactivated my customer care service. now m able to listen every option but not able to make the call to customer care. still my complaint of not getting international call not get solved.
i want some strict action to b taken against this.

I have purchase a new TV of brand named Samsung which was purchase on dated 27th of april 2009 and there was some problem in it so i have lock a callin samsung service center they have given me Coplaint no. non as B.P. No. which was [protected]. Now the Engg visted the site twice but was unable to rectified the problem and had taken the invoice hard copy for the replacement of new unit as the purchase of the TV was on 27th of April 2009 and i have lock the call on 29th of april 2009 the TV should have been replaced till date but there was no respone from the samsung service team i am continously making a follow up regarding this issue. I am getting a daily call and asking the same query today also I got the call from [protected]
And [protected], [protected] this was by “Yogitha” and asked the same query I am facing problem from 27th April 2009 till date and still no one given the correct answer


Query is
I have asked for the number change on 27th april 2009 and I got a call from your executive and given 3 numbers but I have given number that is [protected] to change but without by confirmation the other numbers which is [protected] is allotted to me which is not my selected number,

My selection was [protected] and they told it will charged Rs 100 for this change I agreed for that also
Later on the same day I switched and switch the mobile but the number was changed to [protected] without my confirmation.

On the next day I called to CC executive and told all the problem he promised it will be done within 3 days and so on still I am waiting


So I need to go for the disconnection of this network else this month bill will not be paid so anyhow it will disconnected by ur end and I can go for other network
Vodafone now become a pimp... i am not getting my bill deliver on my adress and vodafone guys are telling its beeing delivered and if i am asking to send bill on my email id they are telling some process to follow, Actualy i lost my mobile and i took duplicate sim but sim did't get activated even after 7 days. when i enquired about it vodafone stating its beeing suspended as i did't pay my bill.If i am not aware of my bill then how should i pay... this is sick... i just waste my full day to talk to customer care even i mailed 100 mail to custromercare.[protected]@vodafone.com but i did't get any response ... Sir i recharge bonus in vodafone, at the time they give offer on that bonus, they told about 25% offer on it in a service message. But still they not credit on my account. I give complaint about in their customer care 111 for many times... 1st time they told they to take action in 24 hours. But they not respond for our request. I called next to 24 hours also. But not cleared. They took again 3 days ... But still my problem remains. They cut my customer service number also... I extremely worry about it. Please take severe action on them. My acount did not had any balance, .still they are maintaining a debit account. Just imagine will they give the same facility for calls.
I can say that they might have deducted money from several customers to compensate company losses.

they are frequently deducting the amounts for the activation of the alerts which we never do as my father is using this phone and he is retire person and 65 years of age why he should ask for such alerts

Prepaid Phone — Improper customer services and policies

Today I called up the customer service of Vodaphone to block my phone as I lost it. Well first of all I was amazed the way I was entertained. The customer care rep, with a log of happy to help, said I can’t help you in this scenario. And then hung up the call. When I called up again I asked the representative's name how refused to give me his last name. The first name he said was Gurpreet. I told him, I have misplaced my phone. I would request you to please suspend the services temporarily. Then starts the round of policies and procedures. I just asked a simple question to the representative, "what happens if in the time frame of going to police station the number is misused, who will be responsible?" the rep had no answers. I asked for a supervisor, and then I was told that the call will be transferred to the senior rep for which I denied, and without seeking my permission the call was put on hold for approximately 5 to 6 minutes. Well as per my belief in no customer service time the hold time is 5 to 6 minutes. I was not even informed about me being put on hold. And then Vodaphone has a logo of HAPPY TO HELP. Once this was over, to everyone's surprise another person comes who claims to be the supervisor (Harpinder Singh). No greeting, no hello nothing. The voice comes " Aap ki call mere pass tranfer ki gaye hai". This is not the end to it... The so called supervisor does not like my voice. Sir you have a very sharp voice. Well just wondering, what kind of a supervisor is the one who has comment about the customer's voice? And at the end of the call the supervisor asks, upon my asking if you could help me, what kind of a help do you want?
This was the worst customer service experience i had in my life span. I just want an answer for a simple question, what polices or procedure stops a customer care representative to help a customer. What happens or who takes the responsibility of the misuse of the number in the meanwhile. At least I could never get an answer from my phone service provider Vodaphone who are HAPPY TO HELP. Well I’ll make sure that none of my family member uses vodaphone in future. I'll try my best to make sure all my friend and relative who are on vodaphone choose a different service provider. And all my corporate contacts to stop taking vodaphone corporate connections.
At least the rep and the supervisor should explain the thing in a good way. They should provide a solution to the customer. Telling the customer his/her voice is sharp is very annoying. Well even i would like to know if this kind of a situation happens to me what will happen? Would i be treated in the same way?
I am Neeraj kumar, i have a vodafone no. of punjab([protected]), This month i am faced balance deduction problem, A missed call alerts service is activate on my this no. on 11th June without my desire, i have faced 13rs is deducted from my mobile account, and -17rs in my account, At this time i am in romaing, i can't recieve any call, Next month i will go to Punjab, if you will not solve my problem, with in two or three day i will left this no. .
caller tune has been activated and an amount of Rs. 30 has been deducted for the same., I have not activated it . It tried to call vodophone customer care but there is no response.

Dear Sir,

You have been introduced caller tune in my mobile phone no. [protected] without my knowledge and also deduct my balance amount. So I could not able to call somewhere. Pl. disconnect the caller tune and return my balance amount as early as possible. Further note that any caller tune and also some other package do not be installed without my concern.

Vodafone Essar — No intimation fo such bad bonus card deduction idea.

There was no information regarding the monthly deduction of Rs.38/- towards bonus card facility.
This is not economical to me, because wehen I get a recharge of full talktime offer, 38rs of that offer is gone for this, then how will it be full talk time facility?
It can also be optional, we may like to add the bonus card or may continue with Rs.1 per cal.
Please clarify in this regard.
