[Resolved]  Vodafone — improper deduction of balance

I,prakhar gupta is a prepaid customer of vodafone([protected]).They deducted rs 200 from my account on basis of activation of any service which i never opted for..
inspite of repeated calls to there customer care i dint get good response.wen i wantd to talk to superviser no one attended my call n my call was put on hold n finally disconnected. its very harrassing bein customer of such a big telecom company.

Vodafone — for deducting 50 rupee from prepaid account

Hi vodafone,
I purchased a sim of vodafone 2 weeks ago in which i got a
balance of 350 rupee but 10 rupee was deducted from my
account without any reason and now there was a deduction
of 50 rupee without any reason there are lot of messages
sent my vodafone to which i do not want to be subscribed
i just want to call and nothing else, i feel very tortured
when this money is deducted without any reason.this is
my problem and i hope that this should be solved as soon
as possible and i can getback my money.

Vodafone — deduction of extra bonu minute

mt vodafone no. [protected] and i had bonus minute 537 on my account on 20 oct 08. I have been deducted aprox 100 minute with out any reason. I have called to the customer care but i am not satisfied with their response. therefore i want my bonus minutes refunded back plz take action immediately
i have paid my bill yesterday but till today my outgoing call facilty has not been restored .vodaphone is a fraud company and harrash the customers.

HTC / P3400 — Idea postpaid sim not working on the device

Hi,

I am Ashish Samarth, from tech mahindra, Sharda center, erandwane pune. I purchased P3400 from Noida, their is used Airtel's prepaid sim. Recently i got transfered to pune and here i tried to use a Idea postpaid sim, but sim is not working properly. I checked with many people, they too are facing the same problem. Can you please figure out the problem and reply back as soon as possible

One more thing to be added, airtel's sim is working fine but both Idea and Vodafone sim are not working properly.

Deducting the balance without requesting for service

I am a prepaid customer, I got a msg informing that;
"U have recharged for Rs. 150 with TT value of 30 days. Usage as of 18 Dec. is Rs. 70, bal TT of Rs. 80 has to be used before 21.Dec. 08.

This message has come to me on 20.Dec. 08,

I do not know about this recharge and I have not done the same. and when I requested for my balance, they have deducted Rs.70. They cannot do this to the customer.

Moreover Even If I recharges for Rs. 150 under this plan, the previous balance in my account is around 130 Rs. So My original balance should not be taken in any case.


Vodafone Customer Care never responding even after holding for 6 mins. What should I do if this continues.

Vodafone — harrassing by giving advertisements and sending SMS

i'm using the vodaphone and getting the service with different charging levels even before it was under hutch. but i'm frustrating with their advertisements calls and SMS and keep on sending the same with day and night time. i distrubing a lot while i'm travelling, working at my clinets. so i troubled a lot with these kind of calls and more over, they are charging unnecessarily for missed calls and and high tarif like 1 rupee. so iwould like to change this and poor respobility and no accountability for the calls and service

I have a severe complaint towards the vodafone prepaid service. Whenever I recharge my account, Rs.15 get deducted without any reason. This is happening for the past three months. I dont know why this is happening. I am disappointed with vodafone.

now when confirmation call came from there, they are saying that you will get 350 min only local call and for std you will be charged extra. This way they they made false commitment and tried to fool me .Please take strict action against this type of false commitment.

Vodafone — without request activation of chat service and deduction of amount after request of disconnection

dear sir / madan, i am a vodafone costomer .since some months i am facing this type of problem that without request company is starting up the chat service and after request for disconnection still they are deduting the ammount.i had a talk with customer care but of no use.this is not the matter of 30 rupees but the matter of cheating.so please do some thing to save customer rights.
the company is doing this thing to many of customer.its a right complaints.
