[Resolved] Yatra.com — Refund of money | |||
I bought a train ticket from Yatra.com on 29/9/10. Its yatra reference no. is IN180E. But it got cancelled because of some reason from their side. That day I called their customer support and they told me me that I will get the refund in next two days. Since then I am trying to get my money back and I call their customer support everyday and after hearing the complain they just hung up and don't even transfer the calls to their higher departments. I am fed up of their unresponsive team. Its not the money I am concerned about its the service they are providing us. Was this information helpful? | |||

Inspite of complaints we are not getting any more answers from the Yatra.com. we had sent them the scan copy of the passbook also, but they didnt reply us. So please guide us how we proceed further. I am sending you the mail sent by them

i booked my train ticket from yatra.com site. The ticket was confirmed and chart of the train was prepared. But due to some reason train was cancelled (i.e. 01/12/2011) by Indian Railway . Then i filed TDR (i.e. 03/12/2011) for refund of my ticket money. Three months has passed but i didn't get my money. I send mail to indian railway and yatra service centre but no response came. Please give suggestion to solve this disputes i will very thank ful to you.
