I took the membership of country club, india from abu dhabi in 2015 with all false promises given by their representatives. They promised for a world class club facilities, five star vacations, free tickets for many entertainment programs in abu dhabi and dubai which they promised to conduct very frequently. They would arrange to celebrate my family members birthday and anniversary. But none of the promises are fulfilled....

We regularly visit talwarkar gym at surat as country club member but the manager at country club, surat mr k s reddy had picked up my membership card without informing me and now he is talking very rudely to the members. His assistant mayuri is also behaving in the same manner. They are behaving like the owners of the club. Telling all fake wording without provinding in writting and making a situation as it is last day offer where customer get traped withouth thinking or without searching for it in google. They are calling to our numbers and making trap by providing gift and mis leading words no accuracy of offers and all mis leading facts. We paid 5000 to lock the offer so we want refunds of money paid to them we denie to there offer. So please help with this issue to be resolved. Country club, similar to many people cheated by them, i also got cheated.

We paid inr 85000 in country club bangalore office. They made a lot of promises like 4 days 3 nights stay, 7 adults, no hidden charges etc etc. But none of them is true. The staff in the office are highly unethical. They are trained to lie. They dont let us read the documents clearly.

I am new customer accidentally given money to him, i want to withdraw from services provided by them but it is refusing to give us deposit money and telling us lie about their service for which large no. Of complaints are available on internet. Now i want to with draw genuinely but they are constantly refusing to give money, one of them employee is not behaving good as well. I registered to them i year back....
