Sri bhavik boricha, direct sales manager, country club, came to my residence, b/54, best staff quarters parel, dr. S. S. Rao marg, parel, mumbai-400012 on sunday 13th may 2018 at 12.00 pm and he gave me information about country club packages that country club has completed 25 years and i am among the 25 winners of country club and i will get country club membership for club+fitness+events and 6n7d vacation every year for 5 years at cost...

I have took membership on 11th sep 17. Paid 60k full amount n executive said they will convert it into emi. Same was not done.
After that they said you take loan n pay we will pay you the interest. Same was not done again.
At the time we took membership sales executive said any time or any point of the moment you can withdraw ur membership but wen we r asking to close the membership no one is responding. Someone is saying being...

They called me after office hours and made many false promises and given the membership. Next day when i check the terms everything was different. I immediately called and mail to cancel listing all wrong things but no response. Pl help to get my money back...

I have been paid rs 50200/- for membership fees (Pr) through online dt 12.05.2018, but not received receipt with id no from country club authorities. As herewith sending details are attached which i have received through e-mail & phone message as deducted by indusind bank credit card. So, please check it and send receipt of rs 50200/-

On 9th may 2018 i got a call from country club that today is their 25th anniversary and i am there lucky customer. They offered me membership for discount. And also said that offer is only for today and i have to sign that documents immediately. They didn't gave me time to think.
Next day i came to know that their making people fool by offering discount on their 25th anniversary. 9th may was not their anniversary and it was not mandatory...

This is a fake company. They try to trap middle-class people. I wonder how people become fool by them. Their strategy is to call a tired person after his office hours and they make you fool by giving you a fake description of their company.
Please don't pay to these cheaters. You can enjoy the better hotels by putting the same amount in the bank. No one will harass you all the time on call by asking you to pay maintenance charges...

Details of country club membership are as follows -

Type of membership = senior citizen couple
Duration = 30 years.
Place = country club office, amanora mall, pune.
Person = mr paras jain.
Cost = 2.05 lakhs.
Date = august 2016

They told me i will get free cab and activity on my every vacation. They told me i will get 10 holidays instead of 5 as my membership is for 5 years. Now they are denied to give me all. I never used gym facilities since 6+ months. And, put up wrong info. Asking to use gold's gym. They don't allow.

I am the member of country club from last 6 years.
I have never used the scheme of vacation. So i called upon mr ritam bose, tour manager of country club. He reffered me to mr mahesh sharma as tour planner.
After meeting deal was finalised for rs 14 lakh. Date of tour was decided from 3/5/2018 to 13/5/2018 or 10/5/2018 to 20/5/2018 for 3days paris and 7 days switzerland. The deal was all inclusive for the trip.

1) food voucher of rs 500
2) holiday for 2 night and 3 days which has to be booked with in 3 months of issued date

There is extensive follow-up till the payment is collected from me by a person called swetha. I paid the amount around 23-jan-2018 but they did not provide with both of above specified...

The employees of country club surat office had emphasized me to take membership of rs. 65000/-. During taking, they told that they would sell the membership as per my wish and give me a refund. Now, they are not keeping their words. It is a case of fraud. I want to get my money back. This club is fraud. They are not know picking up calls. I want my fund back....

I received a call from from annual maintenance department from andhra having his mobile number [protected].
As usual he starded trying me to convince about the early payment od amc charges and he will offer me a discount. I communicated him that i am not interested to pay now.
In retaliation and fustration, he started abusing me with faul languages. Even he uttered me as # etc etc.
