On 24.06.2013 i made online fee payment for ibps exam registration of Rs.50/- through my HDFC Debit card. My transaction was failed with error "Reasons: sorry!We are unable to process your transaction.Please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries". But the payment is done successfully and the amount is debited from my account.So what should I do now? .please reply me at my e-mail mentioned below.

I have made online payment two times, Rs.780+780 by sbi maestro debit card to Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan and there is a message "Privacy error".in that page there were two options, "advanced" and "back to safety" .i select "back to safety" .
then "your transaction is being processed" page come and then failed and my account debited

I made an online payment for KVS Fee of worth Rs1800 through my ICICI card. My transaction failed with the below error msg:

I made an online payment for KVS Fee of Rs 1800, but the transaction failed with the below error:

Kindly help in fixing this issue asap because the due date for payment is 15t July 2015 and we don't have any other mode for Fee payment.
