On 24.06.2013 i made online fee payment for ibps exam registration of Rs.50/- through my HDFC Debit card. My transaction was failed with error "Reasons: sorry!We are unable to process your transaction.Please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries". But the payment is done successfully and the amount is debited from my account.So what should I do now? .please reply me at my e-mail mentioned below.

While doing online recharge of Tata Docomo, after doing process upto payment thru cr. card it shows msg as "unable to process your transaction, pls.contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com" .
Why this happens i don't understand .I have done it three times . 2 times by SBI card & again by BOI card.
I m employee in central bank of India Visakhapatnam. On 24/08/2015 I was trying to pay examination fees 2736/- for JAIIB through net banking in iibf.org.in website. Amount was debited from my central bank saving account no. [protected] but Transaction was not suceed. and amount was also not reversed in my saving account.
I kept request in our bank's helpdesk but they replied that
"This amount is credited to bill desk. please ask customer to contact bill desk."

Please Reverse the disputed amount in my account at the earliest.
