My dishtv with the vc number is [protected] not working since 07/04/2020. I still have balance in my account and recharge done on 07/04/2020. My tv screen is displaying "102 no account balance". I have switched on and switch off the receiver so many times. Kindly do the needful. Kindly rectify the problem and solve it....

I made a recharge of 219 family back on. My dish tv vc [protected] on 4 april 2020. Yet all the channels are not coming. Today morning it shows you have no balance where as there is balance is shown in y dish tv mobile application. My repeated missed call for subscription and e mails are not worthy. They are replay that they are processing yet the processing don't complete. Please look in to my issue seriously...

VC no[protected] transfer another VC no [protected]...

I am unable to view tv9 channel.
Previously 1259 channel was working but now channel is not working.

I am a consumer of dish tv since many years. All channels are running good except tv9 channel.
My complain is that i am unable to watch tv9 channel although its part of my pack.


Several times i tried to contact dishtv to solve the problem but i didn't got any response.

I recharged my dishtv vc no. [protected] yesterday at about 21:01:48, my saving bank account is debited with rs 219/- but dishtv is still not recharged. Transaction no. Was not generated, it was showing some error. But transaction no.in my statement is i-ccavenue[protected]. Kindly do the needful as recharge date of this vc is over yesterday.

I have done recharge of rs.1710/- on 04.04.2020 from dishtv's online website. I didn't get any transaction details from dishtv's website and also i did not received any recharge successful/failure sms. I contacted my bank and they said that payment was done successfully so no issue at their side.

The money has been credited into your account but my dishtv account has not been recharged yet....

Iam an existing consumer of dish tv dth my vc no is [protected]. I made an online payment of rs 307/- on 29.03.20 at 22:25hrs, transaction id is cca14127942. The amount is showing paid but the transaction is pending.
From the next day onward the transaction id is missing from the website only amount is showing as paid but till date the amount has not been updated or reversed back.
When trying to give complaint about the same...

On 2 april 20 i have done my online dth recharge by my debit card the money was debited through my account but the recharge was not done and the transaction was unproceed....
