The dd national service is showing bad weather conditions. I tried calling to the given number but it is still not starting the channel's services. I have tried every possible ways to recover the channel but it is still not showing anything. Every other dd channel is working instead of dd national. I rechargedy dish tv account with a pack containing dd national but now it is not giving any service. Please help. My vc number is [protected]....

Please resolve this problem we are not able to see DD national channel at our setup box...

I have recharged my dishtv with the amount pf 300 rs, but after the recharge i am unable to watch any channels, i have also called to their customer cares huge number of times but they are not showing concern and hanging the call after some time, in this time of lock down television is the only source of passing the time, and we are also in distance from that, please help because we are unable to watch news also and ramayan series which has...

We are using dish tv since last 10 years. Now, we cant watch dd national and my parents are complaining that they cant watch ramayan and other tv series specially telecasted by govt.
All other operators are showing it free of cost but dish tv is not showing it at all.
Dish tv is being some of the oldest operators and there is this issue, its highly disappointing. Please make it available.

But when i try to switch to channel number 193 which is provided by dishtv app for dd national it does not switch to that channel. I have recharge my dish tv on 28.03.2020 through net banking mode but I received receipt transaction status pending with I'd no[protected]. But still it is not showing as recharged on my dish tv

Kindly check the status amount already deducted from my account....

Please note that my vc no:[protected] online recharging is done for the amount 1984/-rs on 27 march 2020, but still the bill shows pending where as from my account already the amount has been deducted. The transaction id is: cca[protected] for contact phone number [protected]

DD national not showing. It shows signal not found. Customer care not picking call. We want to see Ramayan serial.we have 3 TV connected under single dish umbrella. None of the TV shows DD national. This is highly required to see Ramayan in this coronavirus lock down period....

As government has announced that ramayan will be aired on dd national but it has been removed.it is an free channel and it is not the cricket season also. What is the benifit of such a dth which is not even providing us the free government services.please restore the services....

Ive done recharge of 264 rs recently but still it is showing that channel is not subscribed, as because of covid-19 customer care help is not available, as i'm trying from last 10 days, but not getting solution from anywhere, as i've 853 dish tv account balance also, but still not working. Please give me solution for it....
