I am a consumer of dish tv since more tha 5 years. All channels are running good except dd national.
Sir my complain is that i am unable to watch dd national it appears bad signal on the screen. While other dd channels are running good.
Several times i tried to contact dishtv to solve the problem but i didn't got any response.

Please try to solve my problem....

Sir i want to see ramayan going to be telecasted on dd national. I am big fan of devotional series such as ramayan and mabhabharat. But when i try to switch to channel number 193 which is provided by dishtv app for dd national it does not switch to that channel. Some other dd channels are showing but i think dish tv is not showing dd national. Please resolve this....

channels gone missing

All dd chnnnels like dd national dd sahyadri are missing. other channels like news 18 lokmat are also missing. they are not in my guide also. i mailed to you but no reply is given.. this is very frustrating...

broadcast of ramayana serial as on dd

Sir,
Govt decision to broadcast ramayana mahabharata on dd national is good and same may plz be ordered to dish tv in view of corona lockdown to help the situation.
On the larger interest of nation, plz get it done urgent plz.

Else people will start visiting other houses for watching these famous serials.
Also advise other operators of tv to telecast these on free basis.

dd national is not coming on my dish tv connection

Dd national is not coming on my dish tv connection
dish tv vc no. [protected]

As we know that it is free channel and even then it is not coming/visible on my dish Tv connection. I am paying approx. 280 Rs/per month for family pack.
I have also tried customer care, but they are not picking the phone even after waiting for approx. 1 hour.

DD Bharti is coming, but DD National channel is not coming....

display of low balance on my tv screen and not getting channels even after repeated calls to customer care

Sir, i have recharged my dish tv upto 14 jun 2020 previously long before expiry of my package. But since 24 mar i am not getting channels and screen shows 102 error of low balance even though i have sufficient balance till mid of june. Again i recharged with 100 rupees my recharge date was extended to end of june but my problem not sorted out. I am contacting customer care but no response yet. problem 101 channel not subscribed complaint

I recharged my dishtv on 24 march 2020 with rs.580. But when viewed the channels it shows 101 error channel not subscribed. Even i have seen my account option on tv and it shows that dishtv is recharged. Free channels are available but not the subscribed ones. Even customer care seems very busy. Please sort out the matter quickly. I know everyone is busy amid covid -19 but at least some call centre must receive the call and sort out the problem....
