I places an advanced order through dominos app, my order got cancelled but I didn’t receive the refund. And customer care number is not working....

This incident happened with me on 06th Jan 2021 at SCS DDA market Pitampura Dominos outlet.

While chewing a pizza bite a sharp plastic piece stucked in my mouth immediately complained to the restaurant manager . As a courtesy, i have not highlighted the issue at the restaurant as 02 kids were also having pizza who were sitting next to me. Restaurant Manager immediately replaced my pizza and refund...

The order was places for Pizza which was paid from Paytm. However the payment of amount was not updated in Dominos system. Hence they asked for a second payment and which was again initiated through Paytm UPI which was successful and item was delivered. The first payment was done was also successful payment has not been refunded yet....

I ordered on 3rd jan 21 amounting rs 1270, i used gpay to purchase which was successful and debited from account but at your end it was a failed transaction (failed amount) i paid through debit card then, so its a order paid twice.
Please resolve and refund my amount paid twice....

I placed few orders in dominos (screenshot provided) and when i payed through my paytm upi the transaction was successful i.e. money was deducted but i was not redirected and thus my order was not placed. Please help me out as i am helpless both from the paytm and local dominos store....

Order was placed 10th January 8:15 pm and the ammount was debited but the order wasn't registerd or reflected on the app. The screenshot for the payment is attached below....

An hour later money was debited from my account but order was never placed from your side

I have ordered pizza on 31/12/2020 6:51pm. The amount is debited from my UPI account but the order is not placed.

Please note that I had placed an order on dominos app for 31st December 2020 but as soon as the payment was successful the order was not placed stating that something went wrong. waited thinking that the transaction was stopped in between and the money will be refunded after 2-3 working days but it did not happened so I request you to refund my money.

On 6 January i ordered 2 pizzas from dominos app which was about 231 in price.
The amount got deducted from my bhim upi app but the order was not placed.
And the amount was not refunded too....

I ordered Pizza through Dominos website on 12th Nov...I received order after 1 hour & when I asked delivery boy for reason he just laughed & said I m coming to deliver other Delivery boy order..so don't ask to me..I complaint more that 15 times to Dominos but no action taken till date 06-Jan-2021...

My order no is 226 and I ordered a pizza around 7.42 pm in Dominos Kodambakkam. Time is 9.55pm. I'm yet to get delivery of my Pizza. Virtual assistants are unable to resolve and the store agents are not responsive and not assuring the delivery....

I had order pizza on 3rd Jan 2020 i had received it after 30 min but refund is not received and I had complaint on feedback but till the time I am not getting any call or resolution order no.255

I placed an order online on 31/12/2020 at 8:24pm at dominos and total amount to be paid was Rs. 481 and I paid it through online banking and the amount was deducted but order was not placed. I need a refund of Rs. 481....

I had ordered two pizzas of worth rupees 498 on 31st December 2020 around 8oclock from Domino's pizza, Ahmednagar branch. I had paid through paytm app via Domino's app. The money got deducted from my account but order did not get placed. I called pizza centre to enquiry, they said the money will get refunded within 48 hours. It's been two days and there is no money has been refunded.

On december 25th 2020 i ordered from dominos worth of 834 rupees and due to some reason the store cancelled my order. Its now more than a week, i have not yet recieved a refund....
