Ordered from domino's app and paid payment from paytm. payment got deducted but order not placed...

I had order for food (pizza) on 30th Jan 2021 which got delayed by 22 mins .. upon calling them to inquire about the order, the worst part happens i.e the delivery boy teams up with some other person who pretends to be a store manager who abruptly hangs upon me when asked for complaint form ..
And then when called second time says go ahead and cancel the order or else wait as they have too many orders to be served ..
I didn't...

I had ordered some food through Domino's Pizza application but my order was incomplete and I have registered a complaint on the concern application on 16/02/2021 and they called me back on the very next day and said we will send you the left item so I had waited for them more than 2 hours and they have not delivered my left food and now not picking up my calls, the company person lied on me so I want an suitable action against the restaurant....

I have 2 order total amount of rs 317 each for my pizza and coke with tacos on 14th of feb 11:30 pm and also 15 feb 12:05 am I was called by the store the first order that they are closing the store so he cancel my order told me my money will refunded and also told me to order after 12:00 to get new order I did place the order again but money got deducted and order was not place . Please do something my phone no -[protected] by which order...

I have placed a order on 13the Feb for delivery at 5 Pm.. Amount of 793 has got debited but the status is showing as pending for confirmation.
Neither the branch is helping me not the call is getting connected to customer care....

I went to Dominos Pizza store located in Kiit Square and made a purchase of Farmhouse pizza medium size and a bottle of water . The payment of Rs 434.07 was made via Google Pay and the amount was debited from google.pay and my ICICI bank but the payment was not recieved by the dominos and in there machine it showed timeout... They said to wait and the money will be refunded but in gpay and bank, amount has been debited and we did not even...

Pf not received from dominos and we cannot track online pf and Hr manager not any response the same...

There is no quality when it comes to home delivery. The contact number doesnot works. whenever you order a cheese burst pizza it comes without cheese. Delayed delivery, chilly flakes and origano provided 1 pack with 1 pizza. No customer support. The product is cold when delivered....

This to inform you that. I am esscalate against Domino's manager, location manager . And delivery person . No professionalism, irritae, no aware of location . No way how to talk with. Customers . I received pizzas not hot and no 30 minutes guranteeed . This is services from Naraina Domino's .take action against manager...

I ordered from the dominos app, there was some network issue as it said on the app when paying.
the payment went through twice, as i tried twice. money got deducted from my bank account twice. but the order didn't go through....

I placed the order by and chose the city as my current elected city Vadodara and then at the order time autonatically city changed and I placed the order. But my refund now 1 month complete but no refund how I get back...
