we have sent to courier from Renukot to Jabalpur (Bhitoni)with highly paid from next day service
but today is 5th day courier is does not received, sorry to say very waste service from your side
even nobody pick up call also

Hi, we have given a parcel to dtdc on 05/05/21 7:00pm and opted for one day delivery. and they told, package will be consider for 06/05/21 for courier. and based on their input, my package should have been reached by 07/05/2021. but still the package is showing in transit mode from the package receiving location. and we called multiple times and raised complaint about package. but no one is aware of where my package is. it contains valuable...

Hi Team,
I send a courier of my new apple data cable through courier from Manikonda branch on April24th DTDC, and received a damaged cable with not working condition to my destination place in Andhrapradesh Narayanapuram branch.
I went to shop and asked them they are simply saying we don’t know it is not our responsibility is this way of such reputeted company will respond to customers
I dropped an email to Dtdc support...

I gave my TV on 06/05/2021 to dtdc from vijayawada to anakapalle.
They have charged 2500/- for 360km distance for 43'inch TV which weighs around 12kg
When I received the package at destination it has cracks at the edges of the screen.i request you to provide a technician to repair my TV screen or provide refund for my courier...

I received a phone call from the number[protected] at 5.15 pm today 08.05.2021 claiming that he is from DTDC courier office at Kanchili in Srikakulam dist A P and informed that there is article and I should collect from their office. I think that it is the duty of the office to deliver the article to the addressee instead of calling the addressee to come to the his office to collect. Hope you will take necessary steps to see the articles...

Yesterday someone did a speed post at 5:15 pm on 7/5/2021 to deliver the order from kadiri to Banglore and the guy told it will delivered on 8/5/2021
When I called customer service he couldn't able to recognise where is my order exactly at the moment and it will delivered on Monday
Now my concern is due to urgency I did a speed post by paying 250rs

If it is delivering on Monday what's the use of paying...

I have shipped my office laptop which is belongs to L&T Infotech Pvt Ltd., Client's-Maersk Drilling laptop. And there is no proper response from DTDC about Courier.

Your executive don't know how to behave with customers and they don't have minimum sense how to behave with customers and how to deliver the product to delivery address. I understand that your organisation doesn't have values and manners to deal with customers.
This second time your executive are not coming to deliver address to deliver the product . How waste services you do provide.

I received is Z30118124. But when I entered this number to track my order, dtdc website states that "The code is invalid".Now I don't know where my order is and when would I receive this very important courrier in the midst...

This is Lakshminarayana I parceled my new Apple data cable from

One courier shipped to Hubballi Karnataka from Mumbai on 28th April has reached Hubballi in 1st May itself. But so far not delivered.

I packed two luggage with books and copies(weighted about 67 kg) and it was delivered today. To my surprise, it was delivered to me when it was raining and almost 50% of the things that was inside the two bag was completely wet.
