I had sent a tv (sorry Bravia 4k ultra smart TV 43') on 16/05/22 from Vadalur to Ranchi with service charges Rs2500/
Bill number D21902937 but I got this product was fully damaged means totally in broken condition, I contact sending agency but he replied... sorry sir, Now I m very disappointed ur service and In future will never use ur service and never suggest anyone.

I am mentioning correct address with pin code(600054) but they sending the item to another pin code 600072. Hence they calling me to pick up the item. after paying the delivery charges do we need to run around the courier centers?...

I couriered it on 28 may it has to be delivered by 30 but still the package is not yet booked.when we asked at guindy they said that they have sent it without barcode and that they couldn't track it..like what!? Is this how you run a service.i am paying fine for your carelessness..will you pay the fine!?...

The product was booked on 21/05/22 DTDC Courier & Cargo reference no: d13417252 but still the product is not delivered to the address VSJ Minerals, SF no:264/4, Door no: 1/68A, Siruvani Road, Madhampatti., Coimbatore -641010. Coimbatore regional branch is not responding to phone calls. Wrong commitment were given that would be delivered on the same day.

For I50365684 cosignment number, the address is showing as incorrect or wrong CIR.Where as Pin code and Address is correct as per details provided....

I want to submit complaint against DTDC Lake View Branch, Kolkata.They were supposed to deliver my parcel yesterday 28.5.2022;when it was out for delivery.I did not receive any call or was not contacted whatsoever, however in their tracking page they have updates the status as Receiver Requested Deliveey on Another Date (CIR) which is a complete lie.My consignment number is D22726661. Worst courier service ever. Courier guy who dropped the box suddenly without any care. In box itself it was clearly mentioned handled with care... I have Couriered CPU on 18 May 2022 from Vasco - Goa to be delivered to Mumbai - Maharashtra. CPU reached destination yesterday and I found out that RAM was Missing from the CPU and CPU was Damaged it looks likes it was not handled properly and was opened the box...

Parcel was booked on 20/05/2022 and I was told that the parcel will be delivered by 23/05/2022. But so far I haven't received the parcel. I have raised the complaint with DTDC and following it up with them, even after they said they have escalated the issue, I have not received the parcel.

They gave wrong narrative that the mentioned address is wrong and when I spoke to the customer care executive they told that the deliverable...
