I have received the Dell monitor today by DTDC which was transported from Ahmedabad to Bangalore via Air. Unfortunately they didn't handle it with care and my monitor screen got damaged....

I need to receive the shipment with tracking id D41126908 from DTDC courier service. The shipment arrived at the destination branch on 4th may but the franchise is not attempting the delivery of shipment to customer but simply updating the status out for delivery from last 7 days. Even customer care executives are very rude. They are disconnecting the calls over the face without listening the issue or concern...

I had booked a shipment on 07-May-2022 (Sat) and the destination of the shipment was Gurugram. The consignment number was D22064739. When I am tracking the status of the shipment, it shows that the last status was updated on 08-May-2022 at 4:56 AM IST. Today is 10-May-2022 when I am lodging the complaint, and this clearly shows that there is no status update for the last 60 hours (even more than that). It is highly expected that the courier...

Multiple calls to DTDC - most times they dont respond from customer care. U16396337. I have logged a ticked ID that there are plants and they are not delivering till the plants are DEAD. It is over 10 days yet they are not delivering. Everyday they put status out for delivery and then put the status rescheduled. They refuse to take calls and it is frustrating that package is not getting delivered....

With due respect i woukd like to highlight the matter of my lost parcel from delhi to kolkata. I sent a parcel from delhi kamla nagar to kolkata lake view branch on 3rd may 2022 with dtdc blue service as it required an urgent delivery and we were told that pat Rs 460 and it will be delivered within 48 hours but after 4 days we tried contacting the kolkata branch and we were surprised to know that our parcel is lost...

My courier was booked from Hyderabad on the 4th of May. It was erroneously sent to Orai (UP) instead of Jorhat (Assam) because wrong pincode was fed in the system. 285001 (UP) instead of 785001 (Assam).

Its an urgent courier & there is no update about the rerouting. Kindly resolve this and send the courier correctly at the earliest at:-

The consignment tracking of my parcel sent from firozpur on 3rd may 2022 is showing no data available. The consignment number is T11859043. whereas it is showing all details for consignment numbers 42, 44, 45 and so on. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible....

The courier has not been delivered to my apartment and the status is showing delivered, when called the employees are speaking so rudely to us telling that it is delivered to our place on April 26/2022 .I personally went and checked the security cabin on April 27/2022 and the courier was not there.

Sir, I am awaiting a package from DTDC and the tracking number is T80325334 . They said on their website that they have delivered it on 23th april however i did not receive anything. I have dropped the complain to the source company which sent that package and they shared me the tracking number.
