I couriered a saree from Thanjavur to Delhi. The consignment number is C08872503. I couriered it on July 21st and in the website it shows it is delivered on 23rd. But it is not delivered to the person. Somebody just wrote a name and copied her number. Her signature is not in the proof of delivery. It is faked. Could u pls look into it and get back to me....

Parcel reached destination but not delivered, It is lost or stolen in Transition. There is no response from Kochi DTDC Center or Bangalore DTDC Center. The support ticket was raised as above but not given any response....

DTDC Consignment Number - K[protected] Courier showing out of delivery from 9th Aug21 till now. Raising complain also no use with DTDC....

Tracking D87521935 is deliverd without confirming the code with the given mobile number and said adress.
How irresponsible the person is not wrting the full name nor mobile no for whom the parcel is delivered. Please solve the problem where the parcel is deliverd and want tje refund of the loat cloth with courier charges paid or return ut to the said customer....

I have sent a parcel to one of my customers form rajahmundry to rudraram. it has been returned to me for some reasons and it is there in rajahmndry super franchise. after 10 days of arriving to RJY DTDC super franchiese with so much difficulty i received my courier back. But when i open the packet shockigly my items were gone. and they are replaced with some dummy items. The courier guys stole them and placed some junk items in my couriuer...

I have posted a couriour on 12th Aug from Mawana(Meerut) to Renukoot(Dist sonbhadra).The guy who was in office told me that you couriour will be dispatched max till 14th Aug i[censored] wilol pay extraw charge.I paid him money but couriour did not recieved till yet.It was a very very urgent document which need to be delivered at any cost by 14th Aug at any cost.

After accepting the shipment to deliver from Ranchi, they are not delivering saying that my area is not serviceable.
Even response from customer care is also poor. Even after chasing them everyday and manually updating the ticket there is no response from them....
