The parcel which was send from 18th August has not received by the receiver as yet and in the tracking history it is shown as receiver refused delivery..how is that possible when the receiver has not even received the parcel..no calls was made either to the receiver nor sender...and the worst thing is..in the lastest tracking history it is shown that the parcel is being redirected to another address to my surprise..I am in a state of dilemma..wonder...

We have to courier through DTDC on dated:- 23rd August'21 but after some telephonic conversation with our client we have changed our minds & said that to DTDC courier service provider to cancel our courier on same dated with an 1 & Half hour but they can't cancel our courier....

Worst service by dtdc, speed delivery taken more than 10 days one of the worst service I have ever seen... That too raki festival I didn't celebrate because of dtdc courier services... Yakkk... Thuuuuu......

I had booked a courier on 31st July to be delivered in bangalore through DTDC via docket no C15200094.

Since 3rd August its status is showing "received in whitefield, bangalore branch.

I have made many calls to dtdc but no response. kindly let me know why is there delay in delivering it...if dtdc have lost the product then will definitely take legal route....

They had delivered my parcel to somewhere else and now misbehaving with me and my client...

I have a parcel that i was tracking for few days and yesterday around 7.24 pm i got a msg from dtdc in my phone that my my package is oit for delivery and after that i chcecked it on their website and i was shocked. They were saying thag my address is wrong . Its a total fraud case. How come after sending a message that my is parcel out for delivery and at the same time they update in their website that my address is wrong..I have attached...

I have a package that i was waiting for a long time and today at 7.24 pm i got a message that my package is out for delivery and then i tried to track my package through the DTDC online portal and it was showing me that my address is wrong but my address is totally right. It has been two days since the status has last been updated. As per the status, the package has been misrouted to Bhimavaram and it is still there since two days. How long does it take for the package to reach Rajahmundry from Bhimavaram? Rakhi is on 22nd August and my Rakhi has not been sent from Bhimavaram since two days. Can I get a status update on this.
