I'm contacting the incharge person daily, he's saying that it would delivered today..today..

I have tried to reach out to the local courier representative and also to DTDC customer care but it seems that no one cares as there was no response.

Hi, I have booked a package (food items) from Hyderabad to Gurgaon and weight of the package is 7 kgs. I was told that charges are Rs.300/kg (total Rs. 2100/-), but they said connection time is over for that evening and will share tracking details the next morning.

Now, when I received the tracking invoice, that shows total amount as Rs. 560/-. I was told it will be received by the customer by Monday (Aug 9th 2021) or Tuesday...

This is to bring your kind attention that the dtdc Satna branch, Rewa road (Madhya Pradesh ) will not dispatch the courier on time. They used to keep it in the office. We, customers has to collect it from the office. This is what happening always. This is the worst branch of DTDC. I had placed an order online which was shipped through DTDC. AWB number: K50695755. However, when I'm trying to track my order DTDC is saying that no data is available against the given consignment number.
I'm attaching both the DTDC slip as well as a screenshot of the tracking report.
