ID card in name of Komal No. TZV/0751446 received having wrong entry of DOB .
As per record DOB is 25.01.1986 whereas in ID Card it is mentioned[protected].
You are requested to correct the same at the earliest and send new ID Card at below mentioned address .

when we saw in the paper that today(15/12/2010) is the last day for submission of the Eregistration forms through online (www.ceo.ap.gov.in/eregistration).we have completed the same.on that day itself.we even got the application no`s for the same.but...

I have attached my voter id search form but when i take this form with reciept of application form to AC :37, Palam Consistency they refuced to give me my voter id card and misbehave with me and told me to fill the form again and submit all the douments again but my id card is ready and misplace by your staff.
