The money for issue of card was deposited. Till date no response. Difficult to connect navy records at mumbai as they don't pick up the phone. The management is not treating the patients properly.. I have an emergency case my mother suffering with cold fever and is shevring very badly.. It's been 1 and half hour till now no cource of action. Things are moving very slow.
