I have recently taken home loan from federal bank. We have several accounts with various different bank but still we availed loan from federal bank is bcoz of best customer reviews. But now we have been forced to take insurance plan for 5 years. I have googled regarding home loan and nowhere it's mentioned to take insurance plan. Also visited various bank regarding it....

Transaction through fednet for rs. 6960/- made for ksfe chitty payment with transaction id[protected] on 03/02/2019 at 09.50am. Transaction was failed and chitty amount not remitted but amount deducted from my account. No. [protected]. That time itself mail sent to support. But no response received till now.

Kindly do the needful to revert the amount back to my a/c as early as possible.

On feb 1st i sent money through federal bank mobile app, amount credited but status not successful, then i did another transaction that is pending.
Then i checked on feb 2nd. That day it says both transaction are successful, i checked with axis person he said he is not received any amount. He contacted axis customer care there no amount received.
Then i contacted federal customer service they said they have network issue, now...

Hello, i transferred money from federal bank account to axis bank account through imps with reference number[[protected]]. I got an error message telling that the transaction has been timed out. It has not been credited to beneficiary account or not refunded...
Please help me in this concern..

I had ordered a product on amazon.. And next in few minute i cancelled that item. Amazon resend a sms, said they have initiated refund process. While they mentioned it takes maximum of 3 to 5 days. Today 25 th of january 2019. Mentioned time is over today.. Still waiting for the refund to my debit account.

Hello sir, l alphy john, now i am in pondicheri and i inserted my atm card and withdrawal amount also i mentioned, at the same time electricity issue happened, but i did not receive my cash and cash is debited from my account (1000 rs.), i tried many times to contact customer care number, but i did not get. Please give an instant reply and i am waiting....

There are some customers using their Federal Bank account to do cyber crimes around Mumbai..

I have deposited amount to their account(Contact me through mail i will send the payment details of their accounts), after that they didn't turn up with their products and not in contact with me as well.
Looks Like Bank Personnel also involved and supporting these kind of fraud activities.

How can you help me...

I already have account but i lost passbook and some documents so i open new account with knowledge of bank staff i pay for that and i receive passbook but not received a atm and checkbook. I ask bank they said due to flood on kerala it's delayed.. Later 4 months till i m not receive yet.. Now they said another reason and delay over and over and over again......

Its been more than six months that i have opened an account with federal bank but to my amazement despite of several requests and complaints i haven't got my ATM card yet. Made several visits to the home branch, then the branch near to me, then called on customer care numbers to lodge fresh service requests and complaints a number of times but all in vain, I have not been given any solution to the problem yet.

Once i booked a ticket through irtct bud it was shown transaction failed but still 1880 rupees were deposited from my account. And then again i went to an atm where i tried to withdraw 200 but atm had an issue so i did not get my only but that much money got deposited from my account again.. And many times when i book tickets from make my trip most of the time it will show money transactions failed but still my money goes from my account....

My name is pratap kumar gr imworking in indiana hospital a/c-[protected] is in federal bank, i had applied for a personal loan of rs 35, 000.

1. First day - they asked about my salary, i told them it is rs 18, 000, they agreed to sanction the loan and asked whether i had guarantor, i said yes i have a guarantor, they asked me to bring the guarantor.
2. Second day - guarantor was approved...

I tried to book a tatkal from irctc on 9 th dec 2018... Cash debited from my account.. But no ticket generated... Its 1 week over now.. No refund from the bank.. Transaction id :[protected]
Please do refund my amount as soon as possible to my account. Its too bad or horrible that you are taking such a long time to return back our cash... Please refund it fast...

On 7th dec 2018 i tried to withdraw money using the federal bank atm card from an atm machine of dhanalakshmi bank pulassery branch (Palakkad dist). First times i tried to withdraw 3500 hundred rupees and second time i tired to withdraw 2000 thousand. Booked Ticket on IRCTC using BHIM UPI, amount debited INR 490 but IRCTC website showing Payment Pending from Bank End, I inquired at my Bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at Bank End.
