I filed a complaint with flipkart and the manufacturer company because the bluetooth didn't work properly in just three months. That means the price i bought for bluetooth was 1506 rupees. Placed an order on flipkart on 3rd Jan which was promised to be delivered on 5th Jan. but it still not delivered. I have spoken to their CC team multiple times but no one is able to resolve my issue - each one of them give different answers and they are not capable of resolving my issue.
There is no option to reach out to flipkart's management either. this has put me under tremendous mental stress.
