I have made the bsnl landline bill payment through freecharge on 5th April & I have applied the promo code "billpay". after applying the promo code it showed me please pay through debit card /credit card & not valid on airtel landline transaction. as it showed the promo code is successfully applied, I have made payment via my payzapp credit card. The transaction was successful but I hadn't received my Cashback. I got a mail that "your Cashback can't be processed due to the usage of virtual card". I don't understand why did they put such king o[censored]nnecessary conditions. they only require money, then what happened if I use virtual cards or bank card. if it is the point, at the time of applying promo code they should mention it that not applicable on virtual cards or they can block my transaction that this promo code can't be applied on virtual cards. if you want to pay even, please remove the promo code. such messages should be shown along with displaying not valid on airtel transaction messages. but they didn't inform me properly & they informed me only after payment. I have complained freecharge customer care many times, but there was no reply. the complaint numbers are 3443960, 3450625, 3452396, 3457301. Order Id: FCLA[protected]. promocode : billpay, date of transaction 5th April, freecharge account : [protected]@gmail.com. I should get 200rs Cashback for that transaction. but they don't inform properly about the terms & conditions of the promo code at the time of transaction but they only show some Unnecessary condition of not valid on airtel transaction such messages. they will be watching while the customer is making a mistake & dont notify it at the time of transaction but notify it after the transaction. I think it's freecharge fault of no prior notice about virtual cards at the time of transaction. if they had mentioned it I may pay through my Debit card itself. Was this information helpful? | |||||
