Freecharge.in — Balance Not received | |||
Dear All, Please refund my 115/- rupees in my account. I was recharged my mobile balance by your freecharge.com.i have not receive any messge from your side and not recharged my mobile. But my bank has debited 115/-. now i have no receive any balance in my account. so please solve my problem urgently. I recharged my mobile from freecharge app. Amount deducted from bank but balance not reflected in my mobile balance. I told them but they are telling it was from operator side. Sir I have requested for a recharge through a freecharge app but I am highly disappointed by the
Service because the balance of rs 280 is been deducted from my bank account and it's not been transfer to my number but I got a successfull recharge message from a side of freecharge app
Someone has told me that the amount will be automatically transferred to freecharge credit account but the same doesn't happen
So kindly please resolve this problem as soon as possible

mobile recharge not received
I did a recharge of 51 rupees. the money was deducted from my acount, but the recharge was not done. i even checked n the transaction history but there seemed to be no transaction pending or done.34%
