[Resolved]  Freecharge.in — refund amount

I recharged my mobile no. [protected] by Rs. 250 on 10th feb. But my no. did not recharged while my rs. 250 deducted from my cc. So i request u to refund my amountThanks

now I did prepaid recharged on my mobile number [protected] of rs. 120/-twice but nither do I do receive the balance nor its have been save in FC credit.
My balance is already been deducted from my bank.(bank of Baroda)
Plz kindly do the favour and look upon the issue as soon as possible.
I want my credit of total amount 240/-

Postpaid bill payment

Did a payment of rs 600 towards my aircel number [protected] of rs 600, but aircel didn't receive any payments . the freecharge account is displaying the transaction as successful, but there's no transaction as such according to aircel. stuck in between. pathetic customer service experience also.
