Very poor service of godrej care. Fridge was not cooling, it took two days for technician to come and check and then fix on third day, within 3 months again it become faulty and no technician turned for two day and than took another two days to fix the problem, again it went faulty in 48 hours. No response now, number given by call center for escalation turn out to be of employee who left the company, ex employee gave number of owner of care whose phone remain switch off, service center no one picks phone and call center as usual says, we will expedite but with no results. Very poor service. Looks road side mechanics are better. Complaint number [protected]
