Godrej Smartcare — Fully automatic washing machine | |||
I had purchased a fully automatic smartcare washing machine in the month of March 2015. On Aug 15 2015 the machine suddenly stopped midway in working condition. THereafter I lodged a complaint with godrej consumer services on the 17th Aug 2015 and was given complaint registration number P[protected] on 18th Aug and informed that technician Mr Balram Yadav will be visiting my home. THe technician arrived and on inspection told me that the main panel had to be replaced and since it was in warranty period no money was required to be paid and it will be replaced in 2 days time. THereafter when there was no action for a week and again called customer care and was once again given a new registration number P[protected] and was promised service immediately. But unfortunately till date nobody has bothered to attend to my problem. I have made umpteen calls to the service engineer the service centre and the answer that i always got was the part hasnt arrived from main office. Yesterday I contacted your area manager with my problem and h e promised to call me back in half an hour and let me know about the situation. But till now i have not received any call from him either. Is this the way a reputed company like Godrej works. Or is it that I will have to spend money for the spare part. Kindly look into my complaint urgently or else i will have no other option but to approach consumer forum for justice Was this information helpful? | |||
