Godrej Smartcare — Fridge gasket not replaced though payment taken | |||
I have a AMC of my Godrej refrigerator. On one of the AMC visit, the technician indicated that both door gaskets needs replacement so accordingly he took the money and indicated that he would come and replace the same. This happend on March 1, 2015. Though he came back and replaced freezer door gasket but replacement of main door gasket is still PENDING. When we call up call centre, they keep on telling us that gasket is not in stock. Is it not ridiculous ? Asking all to refrain from Godrej-smartcare as they seems to be smart in only taking the money but not delivering on the services. I am also putting up the grievance to customer forums.
