Paid for insurance but claim being denied now

Paid for insurance for flight delay / cancellation and received policy number TMFPO[protected]. The flight got cancelled and now claim is being denied. After 3 weeks havent received the policy copy after repeated reminders and support team not responding. Goibibo SR[protected]....

About pending refund

Resp Sir/Maam,
I was travelling from bikaner to pune (PNR No.[protected] on 15/05/22. That Bus had accident near khinvsara and then bus operator asked to cancel ticket. But refund is still pending.
please do the needful.

I booked flight tickets for myself and 2 more members of our family from Visakhapatnam to Jaipur with my onward journey on 3rd July, 2022 and return journey on 6th July through goibibo. While my onward journey went as per the plan, the return journey flights were cancelled by Air Asia airlines.

As the flights were cancelled and the alternate flights suggested by Air Asia did not align with my schedule, I cancelled the return...

Refund status - hotel denied stay

We have booked hotel through goibibo on Jun 26, 2022 to jul 02, 2022 as Oyo hotels .

Horel denied stay saying their contract with Oyo is closed and didn't allow us to stay.
When asked for refund they said v have to take it up with goibibo.bht there is no response from goibobo regarding refund and since we ahev converted this to emi, emi will hit the account on 02.08.2022.please help

Unable to delete Goibibo account

Goibibo.com doesnt allows the customer to delete/deactivate their account according to the customer's own consent.Even their is no support for this option on their chat bot, mail or helpline number. In case of discontinued use of account. How the customer can delete/deactivate account....

Money got deducted but ticket not booked

On june 10, 2022 I booked a flight ticket from hyderabad to coimbatore for the date of july 21, 2022 through the goibibo website. My got deducted instantly but my ticket was not booked. Also, I am not able to reach any customer support from goibibo.
I request the goibibo to kindly look into this complaint and solve the issue.

Travelling seat not provided after booking

Refund issue for cancellation

I booked an international flight with goibibo and the schedule of the flight was changed by airline. I received an email that I can apply for refund. I did not like the new schedule and called the customer care to confirm if I will get full refund after the cancellation.
