no refund amount for the cancelled tickets

GOIBIBO has been the worst costumer service i had... dont go for the word which they say cheap filght ticket thing... I had cancelled the tickets 2 months back still now i didnt receive any refund amount on that.. i called them 5 to 6 times to the customercare tey are very frustrating.. and didnt got any response .. only thing I hear frm them is it is under processing.. wat the [censored] they are processing I dont know... I want sue that company...

Transaction Failed. & refund not received.

I had booked tickets for a round trip on 23rd & 30rd March 2010 via this site, but as the transaction failed and the amount has been deducted from my bank account but the tickets have not been booked. after repetative calls.. & emails.... they are not responding back to us. They have committed refund of amount in 8-10 working days.. but since this is the 15'th day.... we have neither received...

Fake advertaisments

The images I attached shows some fake advertaisments usually arriving in ibibo.com. Such advertaisments man confuse people and it result in loss of time. So i request you to take sudden action for cancelling such advertaisments not only from ibibo but also from all the Indian websites.

at the time of flight ticket booking some error occurred the amount is not returned till the date

I have Booked four Flight tickets ( Bangalore to Rajahmundry on 6th February 2010) through goibibo.com on 21st January 2010.and also booked three flight tickets (Rajahmundry to Bangalore on 9th February 2010) through the same on 22nd January 2010. At the time of Booking (Through SBI ATM CUM DEBIT CARD) Some error occured the amount credited to their account and also the flight ticket is not Booked.

non refund of payment made towards failed booking

dear sir,
i tried to make a booking from Agartala to Guwahati twice on 12/12/2009 and once on 13/12/2009 for two passengers Mr. Vidya Bhushan & Ms Kanti Devi, however booking was not successful due to non-availability of flight. however payment amounting to Rs.4484/- was deducted on all three occasions from my credit card.
the same has not been refunded back till date i.e. after 45 days, though the normal time for refunds...

Refund pending

I have booked one ticket from Bangalore to Patna ( PNR No. - FMN05RX24EL ) from Ibibo on 21st of december '09 and due to unavailability of seat the charged amount 16939 Rs is to be refunded back with in 7-10 working days as checked with Ibibo customer care on the same day.
A Ibibo complaint no . 1001151 which was raised against refund of the amount charged by Ibibo against unconfirmed ticket booking.

Refund of money

I have booked my tickets on 31st of December 2009 with amount of Rs. 11022 but my ticket was not booked due to some problem in GOIBIBO'S network. I contacted them and they said it was a network problem so book again and your money will be refunded within next 5 to 7 days. I booked tickets with price around 2000rs higher as prices got hicked overnight. Since then i am calling their customer care till day for refund of money but again...

Cyber Fraud

I booked flight tickets from GOIBIBO.COM on 24th Dec 2009 through DEBIT Card.
But,due to website failure,my flight amount Rs. 12858/- got debited from my bank account.
I called lot of times,but the call centre executives,supervisors even Manager Mohit,they all lied to me,Everytime they told that my refund will process within 7 business days.
Now,It has been almost 1 month and i did not get my money back.

Fake and misleading site GOIBIBO

Hi,

I recently booked a air ticket from Ibibo.com from Delhi to Banglore (3 tickets return flight).The airlines was Indigo.At the time of booking the website was was quoting the

total fare as Rs 24500/= which was cheaper than any other website(Makemytrip,yatra etc).The amout was about Rs 1200 less than other sites.

So i booked the ticket and the amount was deducted from my bank account.

refund on cancellation

i have booked 4 tickets from delhi to mumbai. the booking ticket PNR is BLKWMK, after that i cancelled 1 ticket from those 4 tickets the PNR of which is BIJIVH.
i contacted ibibo people regarding this , their reply was like you will get yourrefund within 15 working days but now its around 2 months have been passed. i hv contacted 6-8 times, each time i call they are not responding properly and cut the phone call.
please help...

No Airline booking confirmed after the payment. No Refund of the payment made till date.

All this happened for a discount of Rs 200 which tempted me to book a ticket on GOIBIBO.

I booked a ticket on Indigo Airlines on 6th Dec from Hyderabad to Bangalore. I got a message that the transaction failed after the payment was made through net banking and money was taken from my Icici account.

Hello friends this is the information i brought to u, was very helpful to u, as once i searched on net for a low price ticket booking then i got GOIBIBO.COM site which showed some offers,

They really a fraud one, i missed out to see their status on consumercomplaint.in so friend kindly dont use that site any more please, as i lost my amount Rs.1200 for the offer they Showned on their site of Rs.200.

Dear Sir,
A website called IBIBO.com has offered lot of services such as free sms, free calls, contest etc,
The thing is when ever there is a contest the winner is choosen by the IBIBO Board where as ther are term & condition for the contest.
Earlier IBIBO has come out with a contest tp play games on his site, & I was in the top six who were eligible for gift but there is no winner list for the same, where...
