I am Pooja Sinha. Please note that INR 619.50 have been deducted from my account as DP CHGS TILL OCT-20 on 25/11/2020.
I have never activated and used my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice. This is totally an unacceptable and unethical behavior from ICICI. Don't ever do this without a customer acceptance, otherwise we can lose the trust.

Kindly refund my money at earliest. I need justice and my money...

I had recharged ICICI Fastag customer id 12136211 using my Axis Bank savings account on 05/01/2020. A complaint was raised0n 08/09/2020. However, the fast tag has still not been credited till the date of posting the complaint (25.11.2020)...
