Recurring deductions

My icici bank account is deducted with recurring transactions of rs.410 and rs.80

ICICI bank Account blocked/frozen without any notification

Today i want to transfer money from ICIC bank which using for only salary to other bank account which use for all the online and atm transition.

I have open ICICI bank account online almost 3 months back for getting my salary credit . Because my organization told me need ICICI bank account compulsory for salary.

With out any notification ICIC bank blocked/frozen my account i cant transfer any money to my other...

Money deducted but transaction failed

I have paid power bill using eazypay and after entering OTP to confirm, the page went on saying error. The money was debited. Transaction ID is 772171. Please make sure that issue is resolved and refund my money as early as possible....

Unnecessarily charging

I have been issues a credit card by icici bank.
I did some transaction and paid the amount for it

Dear Customer, Total Amount of INR 15973.4 and Minimum Amount of INR 2600 is due by 28-APR-20 on your Credit Card XX3002. Please ignore if already paid.

I paid 15973.4 rs and then didnot do any transaction.

Then these messages started coming-

Kcc account closing problem

Mr Kailash singh submitted full amount of KCC account[protected] in home branch Sampla, Sarwar on 30 September 2020.After that we are applied for account closing and No dues. Sampla bank branch referred us to Tantoti branch. Now they are doing misguide us. But the icici Bank Sampla and Tanthoti branch staff avoiding to answer anything and we had family problem so we have urgency to close the KCC acc[protected].

I have called Customercare for 8 times and for last 3 months for tag replacement. I was changed for tag replacement 1.5 months back on Sep 5th but as of Oct 19th still I didn't receive the tab. Very poor customer service

Janmitra Card Issues

I made a top up of 100 in my Janmitra ICICI Bank card through ICICI bank customer portal website www.icicibank.com, amount got deducted from my bank but not credited in my Janmitra Card. Very poor OTP service

ICICI Bank has terrible OTP service. Every time there is a fund transfer needed urgently I either get OTP after long time or I don't get it. I usually end up using other bank accounts for any transaction. ICICI Bank name is big but not sure if they are actually looking at core issues. Very bad experience on 17/10/2020 and 18/10/2020 where I spend the entire weekend trying to call customer service and no avail. No clear indication on OTP....

Bank involved in signature forgery, they opened demat account with forge signature without customer consent

Hi Team,

It been 4 months, we are chasing bank to get the refund of demat acount which we have not requested.

We have tried everything - visited bank, approached via twitter/email/complain page & spoke to customer care. Nothing helped, your chutiya/dumb employees are not understanding OR may be they pretend they are not understanding for their goo[censored]p.

Icici i wish deposit details have been removed from my account before the maturity itself. I am not able to see the amount or the i wish account details. I thought it's a system issue.. But it's been more than 10 days, I'm not seeing my iwish account itself. It was there in October 01st week but not seeing after that.
Don't trust icici anymore... With high difficulty, I was trying to save bit of my amount for health emergencies......
