FD with lien mark

Bank put my funds from savings account into FD and marked a lien on it, I’m in usa an need funds for my fees but they are not releasing it neither closing the FD I have taken a loan from avanse but they are not releasing the funds....

ICICI Multiwallet card status is inactive

I have a ICICI Multi wallet card from TCS company. I'm trying to do transactions on restaurant but it is not accepting and when I try to login on the meal card self care portal it is showing "Card in invalid status" error message on page. My card valid thru April 2021.

Please help me to get this resolved

ICICI Bank Credit Card 4375 XXXX XXXX 7008, I have mailed for my credit card wrong charges reversal to last year Dec 2019 still it is not resolved.

Auto-debit charge

Due to ongoing Supreme Court order last month I did not make the EMI payment for personal loan and when called to the bank about moratorium extended by court.

Customer Care representatives asked me to make the payment or to wait for message till the update from bank.

Refund not received for credit card

I purchased mobile of rupees 45999 on 18th Oct 2020 18:49 PM.
Due to some EMI calculations, I immediately told to cancel. So he gave me a void slip and informed that the amount will be credited back. On 19oct 2020 around 2 AM I contacted the ICICI customer care and they told it will be reflected back within 24 hours. But it was not done. I call again it was told that within 48 hours after transaction it will be refunded, still it did...

I am using ICICI Bank Credit Card. I am unable to reach their Customer Care while trying many times to resolve my problem. After selecting the required menu on Voice Call it say "Thanks for calling ICICI Bank" and call disconnected. Further, their team do not respond to Emails. The Chatbot they have created is irritating and does not resolve the problem. Further, the executive on Live Chat also disconnected saying some issue related to server....

Technical error from bank - punishing customers

Incorrectly charged Rs 236 - Error message in application and net banking "No card linked to this account number", when trying to access debit card details and statement. Forced to click on reissue card. I have been charged now for the technical error of the bank. ICICI Bank amount debit from account in the name of vsi amazon stan

My account was debited Rs.199 for no apparent reason. The following message was received:

Getting calls for someone else's behalf

I am Diwakar Bhargava, I do not have any account in ICICI, but from last few years I am getting calls asking if I am Albirt Anthony, I have been trying to convey them to change the database but there is no action been taken.

Lien marked and fake promises

Hi team,
I am complaining about the ICICI collection executives . After transferring my calls for about 45 mins to one department to other they said we can not help you with removal of lien and icici employee only promised that lien will be removed from my salary account. At least they should not provide fake information to the customer just for their incentives. This is just a fake bank and would highly recommend to close everyone...
