There has been a total of 6400 deducted all of sudden in the name of NACH RTN Charge, POSCDEC Charge and ECS RTN Charges, had taken this money from a friend to pay and EMI and now all this money is lost. What the hell is wrong with you guys....

I am Rajesh Kumar Swain, Multiple times money is deducted for DP CHGS as 303.65 on 15th Sept & 522.35 on 29th Sept. Previously it was below 50. I was trying call on ICICI Customer care, but unable to connect.
I want my money back as soon as possible and also I need an email or message with proper details when bank deducted any changes....

I have been an icici customer since 3 years.

But since the past few months i am disappointed. I have never requested them to block my debit card for any reason, nor have I ever entered the wrong cvv multiple times. But when I try to make online transactions, each time i get this message:

"for security reasons your verified by visa purchase has been prevented from being processed due to repeated entry of incorrect...

I have credjt card of icici bank last month due to some financial problem i did not pay my credit card bill nor minimum amount. Bank officials from icici chandigarh calls me and i said i paid my bill next month when my salary came first call is 25 Sep 2020. Since then Icici chandigarh customers care executive ritu etc calling me all day about 10 to 20 tines daily....

I have been unnecessarily charged Rs590 as ECS Return Charge even though i was having sufficient balance to pay the EMI. I want my money back and this is not totally unacceptable

Call me on my South Africa Number as my registered mobile number is on international roaming

I do not understand why ECS Charges has been deducted from my account on 16th of Sep for Rs590 even though i was having sufficient balance to pay out the EMI for Loan from Central Bank of India which is due on every 17th of the Month

This is totally unacceptable and i want the money to be reverted back. I am available on my Capetown number only

For my icici bank a/c number[protected] there was a DEMAT account open without my permission and there was some amount deducted twice (25th sep ---₹169 and 30th sep---659). Please help me to get my refund....

I am icici account holder, Spetember'20 month my account got deducted as "CashTxnChgs-Branch-Aug20+GST" charges for 4 times,

16 Sep'20 - rs 161.88
17 Sep'20 - rs 0.02
25 Sep'20 - rs 5.00
30 Sep'20 - rs 541.08

Total - rs 707.98

I didn't receive any message or alert from you when I checked my account statement. I came to know about this. I am disappointed...

Rs 590 has been deducted from my account on[protected] against over 6 times nach_ad_rtn_chrg~adblde

Let me know why you charging this amount from my account. What this is charge this is a pandamic situation and your doing this with my money

Hello,

This complaint is regarding the order purchased using the debit emi option from ICICI bank. the product the was cancelled and the ICICI bank also received their money back but the debit emi was not cancelled.

1.When contacted the DEBIT card emi process there said that the request has been raised but the emi was not cancelled when asked about the update non of the icici customer support provided any details...

This is meera from vellore. Am using my icici credit card more than a year and am paying my bills properly and maintaining my credit score well. 3 months before am applying for amazon pay creditcard and i thought that it's upgrading that means old card is no longer in use.

I am an a/c holder of icici bank for the last 2 years and they charged me ₹942.82 under this category dcardfee0840sep20-aug21+gst.
I am not aware of what type of charges are these.
They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by sms.
Who has given the right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us?

I'm Megha holding icici savings account for past 3 years.

Without any intimation my account has been debited. I have never come across something like this on a monthly basis.
Please take some action against the bank, if it is not complying rbi standards / guidelines
