I have checked online my passbook and i saw you made dp charges, could you explain what is dp charges?
And don't tell me it is demat account changers, if this is demat account charges so how many times your team makes charges for the demat account in a year?

On 28/04/2020 you have made rs.344.17/- that time i can understand and why should i understand at the time your executive told me this is a free demat account...

Bank charged 1180₹ for the month of july due to non maintaining the minimum balance.
Neither the bank executive nor any customer support has called to acknowledge.
I keep on maintaining ₹25k balance to avoid nmmab charges.
But instead of maintaining balance they have charged in the name of nmmab charges...

I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs999/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I Have never use used any single service in icici direct account, so how can this amount be deducted without any prior notice, i din't receive deduction msg on mobile nor any email .
please help me get this amount refund .

1. 826 on 25th sept. 2020
2. 344 on 28th april 2020

I have never activated and used demat services from icici and most importantly i dont know i hold any demat account till now. This came to my notice when the amount deducted 2nd time. There was no prior notice or any message...

I really condemn the working style of icici bank. On 23 and 25 sept 2020 icici bank have deducted three ecs return charges of rs. 590, 590 and 480 rs. Also mab charges of 382 and 137 rs were deducted on 22sept without any intimation.in this crucial moment where everybody is struggling with their earnings and emis pay these type of deductions are highly codemned.

I request to icici bank to return my deducted amount immediately....

Hi. I opened the icici dmat account last year. At the time of opening they very clearly stated that there will be no charges for the account and only a comission will be charged for the trades done by me. Now there is a deduction in my savings account of about rs 800. How is this acceptable? This is very sneaky and unethical practice done by icici. Hoping to get it resolved.

I paid the amount yesterday and the next day agent from recovery team came to my house saying i am standing in-front of your apartment as you have not paid the emi. Today rs. 688.33 deducted from my savings account suddenly, without any prior notification. I have never activated and used my demat account till now.

I am using amazon pay icici credit card, statement was generated on[protected], the earned reward points on month on month transfered to amazon pay balance within 2days after billing cycle done. but sep-2020 it does not transfered .i called to customer care to enquire,

I had tried to book ticket on irctc using icici payment gateway on 15th september 2020. But my money is deducted from my account two times and ticket not booked. I didn't get the refund amount yet.

I went to the branch where i have my instasavings account for closure of the same but the staff told me to first do kyc updation for taking the application of the same. I agreed and the issue was from the bank servers as they were not able to get my kyc done, they asked me to visit the next day and so i agreed. I visited the branch again the next day but still the kyc cannot be done. Even the video kyc is not working in the video banking...
