I got a retention call from Idea after i raised a port out request. In call they mentioned that they will reduce 300 rs in current bill as in current bill it overcharged compared to other network call rates.
And customer care suggested a plan which suits to my requirement which is 349 plan (Unlimited phone calls to PAN india, 2GB internet, unlimited SMS, incoming roaming free), as i am valued and loyal customer they offered this plan...

After visiting my native, the idea company has not provided me any network and they requested me to pay the bill, after paying the bill last month since i didnt recieve any network, i have'nt used my idea network last month completely & again they are asking me daily to pay the bill....

I recharge my idea mobile no. [protected] of rs. 399 offer recharge. Offer showing - 1 gb data per day, idea to idea unlimited call and 3000 minutes other connection call and valid for 70 days. Where as i got the offer 512 mb data and other benefits for 35 days only which is exactly half of the announced offer. So requesting you kindly solve the issues as priority basis otherwise we have to think to switch over in other connection......

I got a special offer saying that if you recharge for 347 I will get unlimited all India calls +4gb data for 28 days.

I got the net pack activated, but the call is not unlimited. After the recharge I got a message saying that the pack is activated. But I got charged for the very next call itself.
I need to get clarification on this issue. If no proper action or if I'm not getting an explanation...

Raised a request 1st time for migration and it was cancelled on 27/04/2017 for some technical issues (Idea fault).
