Hi,
I received a call for crediting my citi bank credit card points and they already had my information. Later, i came to know that the payment is credited to merchant named idea payment.
There are 4 transactions of rs 4785 each credited to idea payment on 1-mar-2017.
I have done an fir also with the cyber cell police station.
Please take a note and do the needful.

I have activated I dea broadband services in hinjewadi pune and they specified the the speed would be standard 4 mbps and a mininum of 7 mont subcription since then I'm consisentently getting less than 2mbps speed when I called none of the customer service agents picks the call.
The Idea excutive named Anil when called he encourages me to go ahead and complaint about the service he is throughly confident that nothing will happen.br...

The idea store people is not having any responsibility, they are making to wait more time and when i called for enquiry about the status, they are making the call busy and not attending the call. After 20 call they attended and gave another number which is switched off.

For complaining about that i called customer care, they are telling they cant do anything about the irresponsibility of the store people.
