On 7/4/2022 I booked a parcel from Raisen (464551) to Deoria whose article no is 41298129IN.when the parcel is not delivered, then I registered its complaint on the portal whose complaint no. is [protected].it is now almost 2 months. but there is no action has been taken so far

I courier parcel via india Post to sugar cosmetic company. But that parcel received empty. I put one lipstick, powder, pouch, in the box. But when the box reached at the Delevierd location it was empty. India post team provide my refund of rs 799 for the box...

We are not able to get RPAD post slip after delivery of registered letter.They take charges for Acknowledgement.Whenever we demand they replied that complaint on online website or download online slip, which is not as per system already running since inception.As there is no track system of slip, only letter delivery confirmed but what about AD SLIP.?...
