Hello team, Tdr reference no - [protected] Pnr no - [protected] Reason - train late more than three hours and passenger not travelled I have filed tdr on 27 september 2015 with irctc. But refund not credited in my account. I have followed up with irctc but got only one reply i. E. "request forworded to indian railway and we will refund once confirmed railway." Irctc cheating with me as i can see this incident history has been deleted from their record as wel. Please take a strict action on it. Please find attached file as your reference- 1.
